The apartment I'm moving into has an old carpet with stains, and it's also smelly. I reached out to this business and Jeremy was able to come in and clean it the same day. I don't know who had "cleaned" before him but after he was done the carpet had some fluffyness to it and it looked 2 shades lighter. I hired Pristine to clean the tile floors in my house before I put it on the market. I have specialty tile that needed to be stripped, cleaned, and waxed and Pristine hit it out of the park. The result was amazing, the price was very reasonable for the amount of effort that the job required. Jeremy also came back to the house a couple days later to do a free touchup on a few areas that didn't turn out perfectly. We contacted Jeremy for a quote to clean our sectional couch. Our couch needed a regular cleaning, a few stains lifted, and a cat pee spot in the corner cleaned. He responded extremely quickly and with a very reasonable quote. He was able to come out the same day and was very accommodating. With the current shelter in place, we left our couch in the garage and he worked on it there. Our couch looked good as new after. A few days later we noticed there was still some stubborn cat pee smell left in the corner. We contacted him and within a few hours he was out here to fix it up for free. Jeremy was absolutely great to work with. I was only in town for the day between tenants moving out/in and I did not know I was going to need carpet cleaning that day. I did a quick Yelp search and saw Pristine Cleaners and it had good reviews so I contacted this company. BTW, TEXTS are the best way to get a hold of Jeremy. Jeremy was able to stop by in no time, gave us a bid ($100 for 2 average/smallish bedrooms), and did the work the next morning. I had to leave town so I had to coordinate with the neighbors and Jeremy about getting him a key to get access to the house and Jeremy was very responsive to texts and very professional the whole time. My husband and I used pristine cleaners for a previous home and Jeremy did an excellent job. We ended up moving and got a new couch with a stain on it. I reached out to him to ask him if he could come out again and he agreed. Upon arriving, my husband communicated to me that Jeremy was very unprofessional and said that we were untruthful. He didn't say there was a miscommunication but rather said we lied. He said there is only one stain that I had told him about but there was a couple other ones. My husband was only asking if he was going to clean the whole couch or just the stain because he didn't know what I had booked him for. Jeremy said he wasn't told about about the other stains, and my husband said "okay that's fine. Maybe we can call you out again for the other stains if this one comes out." Jeremy replied that he wasn't going to drive all the way out here to clean these stains so he might as well do them now. At this point I returned home, and I saw him reluctantly cleaning the couch. I had to leave for work so I couldn't speak with him. My husband communicated that Jeremy only spent about five minutes cleaning our couch. I still paid him through Venmo because we had used him before. When my husband communicated with him that I was going to Venmo him, Jeremy gave him attitude and said "how could I know what his Venmo is if I wasn't there?" My husband had to remind him that we had actually used his services before and that's why we reached out to him again. He changed his attitude a little bit after he realized this but it was too late and we will never use his services again. Upon coming home, I see all the stains are still there and there's water marks left on our brand new couch. Since he sloppily spent five minutes "cleaning" I guess this is a result and I wonder if he just splashed water on the couch and vacuumed it up? The reason I'm focusing on this experience is because Jeremy could have walked away, refused the service, given us a different price or just communicated that he's only here for the one stain. Instead he disrespected my husband in our own home and spent five minutes cleaning and then rushed out. He told me he was trying to communicate that there was a misunderstanding but his tone and body language was anything but professional and he conveyed that this wasn't merely about a miscommunication. Miscommunications, when running a business, will always happen. It's how you handle it that makes the difference. I didn't leave a prior review for Jeremy's "excellent" job because the result of good business is that we wanted to hire Jeremy to come out again. Repeat customers seem to be better for business than a positive review on yelp. Jeremy's unprofessionalism both in how he spoke to my husband and the actual service performed is why I wrote this review. It was a waste of my money and time. read more

Pristine did a phenomenal job with our carpet and tile. We were starting to think about when to replace it but decided to see what a thorough cleaning would do. They made the carpet look almost new and the tile bright. They were concerned that the tile grout may not have gotten clean enough and offered to come out and trouble shoot a solution. Highly recommend this company! We sold our house and with only one week before new owners were to move in, I did something bad. I brought in two outdoor cushions and set them on the carpet overnight. The mildew smell was overwhelming the next day. I spent a day and a half using every remedy/cleaner I could find but the stench was horrible. Pristine Carpet came out quickly and worked on that one 3' x 6' area for two hours! Next day- NO smell at all. Jeremy was quick to respond and easy to work with for scheduling the work. Pinterest made it out to be a "weekend project" to color seal the old white grout in both of my bathrooms. HA! Pinterest lies again! I gave it a try on my own and the color sealant didn't take. Jeremy took on the daunting task and was open and honest about the project...it was a lot more than he anticipated and he was learning things about the process as he went. I would give him 5 stars except he is going to have several touch up trips in his future til the job is truly complete...my grout is definitely to blame for this and not Jeremy. We all want a home project that is a one and done and this is definitely NOT one but Jeremy says that he will see it through. I will not hesitate to give him 5 stars when the project is complete. Despite needing future touch ups, I am happy with my new bathroom floor look. I was given a flat rate and that was the price I paid. NO HIDDEN FEES!!! I was offered additional service and given the option of adding them to my service order.
