Jeremy was very prompt with my request for a quote despite it being after hours. I needed two carpeted rooms with closests cleaned and the quote was for $100. He was able to schedule me in within a week. Jeremy texted me the night before to confirm the appointment and arrived within the window he gave. Upon arrival, Jeremy did a quick look at the area he was going to clean and I told him that none of the rooms had any stains nor any extreme smells. I did tell Jeremy that I had a dog and was mainly concerned about the pet dander smell. From when I opened the door for him to when he left was about about 35 minutes. This included coming back after packing everything up but before leaving.... So about that... After Jeremy finished (about 25 minutes) cleaning and packing up, he came and told me he was done and requested for payment. I should have checked his work before paying... I paid him via Venmo then went straight to the rooms to see the work. The first thing I noticed was the (empty) Ikea cubby and one drawer metal filing cabinet were right where I left them. I thought he may have moved these items then put them back but upon further investigation Jeremy just cleaned around these objects. Thinking that this was just an oversight, I immediately called him so I could catch him before he left. Seeing the countless reviews on here praising Jeremy for going the extra mile to make sure his work was done well, I thought this would be a non-issue. When I explained that he missed a spot he kept telling me that he's already packed his things... After repeating this a few times he offered to come and spot clean the missed spots.... Right after the carpets were cleaned I still could still smell a little bit of the pet dander but thought that would go away after drying. Jeremy recommended that I wait at least overnight to let the carpet dry before placing any metal or wood objectson the carpet. So after allowing the carpet to dry overnight I went and did a check. I took my stick Dyson and vacuumed to carpet to see if anything would be in the canister and to my pleasant surprise, there was nothing! However.... The pet dander smell was still there. It has now been almost 2.5 weeks since Jeremy cleaned by carpets and I have to say, the pet dander smell is just getting worse.... I'm very disappointed in Jeremey's workmanship and attitude. Seeing all the rave reviews on Yelp I thought I would have a better experience. Unfortunately this is $100 wasted and I'll be calling another carpet cleaner to see if they can get rid of this smell... read more
