We recently had Pristine Cleaners deep-clean our kitchen and laundry room floors. The kitchen floor was in bad shape. The grout was originally a pale greyish color, but over the years had turned dark brown/black. The tiles were pretty bad too. Jeremy and Dominick did wonders restoring our floor. The grout is what amazed me the most. I truly wasn't even sure if it could be cleaned (I was almost convinced it was past the point of no return). I'm not sure what magical cleaning mechanism they used, but OMG, the grout is now back to its original color!! I literally couldn't believe it. The tiles look great too. There are still a few tiles that look like there is some deep set-in dirt/grease that wasn't able to be cleaned out, but that might just require new flooring at some point as that is likely just a result of YEARS of wear and tear without regular maintenance. In addition to restoring our floors to like-new condition, both these guys were super friendly, professional, and their rate was really fair. I can't stop looking at my floor!! We had neglected our carpets for a few years and on top of that we have four boys. I had low expectations for any magical results for our aged carpet. Jeremy was great about communication through the Yelp app and was more than gracious about our need to reschedule an appointment. Jeremy also communicated the day of the cleaning and confirmed and provided status updates of his arrival time. Once he arrived he quickly saw what we were dealing with and assured me the carpet was still in a better condition then I perceived. For no additional cost he did a pretreatment to the high traffic areas and a couple of stains. During the cleaning he was quick and orderly and is definitely experienced. The stairs are always difficult to get done correctly and Jeremy was a true pro and made it look way easier than I know it was. Once he was completed he let me know it all looked good and there was no need to replace the carpet. We did a quick peek around to the completed rooms and I was shocked how well it turned out. Many areas looked like brand new. A couple of the high traffic areas were terrific, the dirty stairs were transformed.
