The exam room has a TV on the ceiling so kiddos are distracted while dental work is being done. Kids also get a token to use for a prize once the exam is complete. Standard cleanings have gone really well. Recently, my daughter fell off of her bike and landed on her face. Everything seemed fine until two weeks later when one of her front teeth started turning gray. We called the office and were reassured that all should be fine, teeth bruise, and as long as long as she is not in pain and her gum looks ok we can wait until her next exam which was only a week and a half away. I felt so much better. I cannot imagine a better pediatric dental experience!

How is that possible when I received no emails, text, or voicemails to call the office to reschedule. In fact, I still received the automated text to confirm the appointment 7 days ago. I asked why they couldn't have just scheduled another hygienist to clean my teeth since I hadn't had a regular one since my dentist joined that practice. I was then told they could see me tomorrow. Well, today it took me almost an hour in the rain and I had already paid my $5 for parking. I will look for a dentist office closer to me and more professional and accommodating. I also was told I couldn't get an appointment until 2 months away for a broken tooth.

I've spent hours of my life trying to get appointments at either location, and shuffling my kid around town. We chose the practice because we could walk from our house, but end up having to drive to the other location most of the time. This was not explained as a potential issue when we started. We are being as flexible as we possibly can be - missing school and work!!!!!! - with no flexibility on their end. They simply have too many patients for the one Dr. We are trying to switch providers mid-process now, and will send our younger child elsewhere for sure.
