These guys are awesome. They came out to look at some work i need to get done which includes, furnace, changing my pipes that are galvanized in my home. They spent a lot of time explaining everything that i needed to get done without trying to sell me services i didn't need, which was refreshing. They are going out of there way to make this job affordable and giving me options that are available to help with financing. So far I have been impressed with their service. Installation of a tankless water heater and whole house water filtration system on a well. Overall, I think there is a lack of capacity to perform and there was no followup to questions/concerns about the operation of the system. Once the bill was paid, there was no follow-up on issues that we were having. I will say they did install the two items but make sure you are comfortable with everything for a week before you pay in full. I would also like to make a statement in general that contractors should put their phones down and focus. I would estimate that the job would have been done faster if their were less interruptions. read more

Matt is doing all the plumbing work for our master bath remodel. This also includes installing a new shower pan and soaking tub. I can't say enough good things about Pristine. They have shown up on time, every time, are detail oriented, and are easy to work with and incredibly nice. I feel really lucky to have found them. Called yesterday spoke with Kyle (plumber) to schedule a quote for leak and 2 bathroom remodels. Apparently company phone was being directed to him instead of his dispatcher. Anyways... verified said Pristine Plumbing would be out Friday 12/8 between 10am-12pm. Took the day off of work for this appointment but nobody ever showed up! So i called the company line which went straight to Kyle again. Asked him if anyone was coming out to do my quote. I could hear a child in the background, so it was probably his day off. He said someone should have come out because he sent all the information to his dispatcher. And that she was supposed to put it in the schedule. Offered to reschedule again in another 3days. Told him no thanks, i need this leak fixed now. Luckily my day wasn't a total loss of wages... I ended up finding another plumbing & remodeling company who sent someone out and was at my door in 30min. read more

I called Pristine Plumbing to follow up on a service order that was placed by my home warranty company. I politely inquired if I needed to contact them to schedule the service (the warranty company had put the order in on a Friday, I called on the following Wednesday). As soon as I uttered the name of the home warranty company, the woman that answered the phone interrupted me and started yelling at me, "we aren't doing business with them anymore, you need to call them!!! Then she hung up. I can understand them having issues with the warranty company, but no need to yell at a potential customer. I'm not pleased with my warranty company either, and ended up hiring a different plumbing service on my own to do the work. I'm doing an extensive remodel on my basement, installing a full bathroom, etc. I WILL NOT BE CALLING PRISTINE. I've had a variety of services dispatched from my home warranty company. The techs/companies have usually been great, and yes, I hired them to do work other than things covered by the warranty. If they allow their first line of customer service to act this way, imagine how they treat their customers... read more

I meant to write this like a month ago but...squirrel! I have two water tanks, one gas & one electric. The pilot light went out on my gas one. Had PSE come out & relight it as it was behind a plate that I couldn't open. They did...still no hot water. I got in touch with my warranty people who recommended Pristine Plumbing. I spoke with Olivia and we trouble-shot over the phone. I needed a whole new tank. And, of course, mine was special because why wouldn't it be? She went on a hunt & found one in PDX that needed to be shipped up. She kept in constant communication about where my tank was & when they'd be out to me. The next day, her tech was there getting the gas tank out and here comes Olivia herself with my new tank!! They install (after a couple hoops to jump through with my HOA) and, wouldn't you know it? STILL no hot water? Why, you ask? Because the electric one ALSO died on me. And of course, this one was ALSO special and had to be hunted down. Olivia to the rescue again! Long story shorter, after 2.5 weeks (through no fault of PP), I had two new tanks and hot water to shower in my own home. Olivia is a gem and a pleasure to work with. Her techs were respectful, clean, prompt, and just all around good dudes! If there's any plumbing issues in my future, PP will be who I go to! I couldn't rave more about them. read more

Horrible attention to detail put the cover for my water heater on upside and now it not flush against the heater. Seemed to be more interested in re-plumbing my house than the problem they were called out to fix. Wanted to do $1200 shower head and knobs job that would not fixed the problem. I was given an appointment time window of 3:30-4pm. After some back and forth exchanges on the phone with the technician he kept suggesting he could come the next day. I originally scheduled an estimate, but the tech discouraged me from that and was pushing a diagnostic service they charge $240 or so. Fast forward to when my appointment was supposed to be he said the ferry was busy and may not make the 4pm ferry and take the 5:30 ferry. Fine. It is now 7pm and I wasted my whole Saturday waiting for them to show up. I call back and he said he wasn't coming and he could come tomorrow. Highly unprofessional and inconsiderate. Don't let them waste your time too. ***Update: Had another company check out my plumbing concern and they discovered it wasn't a leak at all. So glad the tech never showed up. I would've been out $240 and a wall. !!!Proceed with caution when Pristine tries to discourage you from an estimate and push their diagnostic service.!!! read more

After a long 3 month process of getting my refrigerator fixed, I was told that the copper water tubing for the water was kinked and needed to be repaired. Highly recommend Nick and the guys at Pristine Plumbing. We called several companies about installing a new gas line to the kitchen for our oven. Some companies were very overpriced and some never even showed up for the estimate. We then called Pristine and speak to Olivia (sorry if that's not right). She was very nice to talk to and scheduled us an appointment with Nick. He showed up on time for the estimate and was very professional and knowledgeable. It did t take long for us to decide that they were the right choice for us. On the scheduled day of labor, Nick showed up again ready to work on time. Run the other way!!! Long story short we were quoted $800.00 for two toilets (we had purchased the toilets) to be replaced and a video scope of our line. Matt charged us $1,478.09!!! We were then harassed the next week by Nick as if we were in collections as our home warranty company (the reason we used Pristine) sent us a check vs to Pristine. The check was for $350, Fidelity's contracted rate with Pristine for a main level toilet replacement. I called Olivia on 01/26/2021 and authorized $350.00 to be deducted from my card.
