My first tinting experience was subpar and was very uneven. With all of the good reviews for Priya on yelp I thought maybe it was the person I saw. I decided to go back to get my eyebrows tinted a second time. This time with a new person. Well, WORST mistake! The woman whose name I believe started with a D, DID NOT KEEP THE DYE WITHIN MY HAIRS. As she came in she skipped my appt and started a facial. Bad customer service ! I drove and waited for her and also confirmed an appt. She told her daughter to have me see another girl at her salon. I purchased a Groupon for microblading. The first time I went my eyebrows were done well, a few mess ups but something I thought that could be corrected. During my second visit my eyebrows were destroyed. Once I got home I could clearly see that my eyebrows were extremely dark! To this day they're so dark and don't match my skin. However by my surprise Priya Esthetics provided me with one of the best facials that I have ever received. I love Priya! She is ever the professional and truly cares for her clients. The first time I visited her I was a walk-in for the eyebrow threading. She was able to fit me in quickly to my surprise. She shaped my brow and gave me pointers to fix the brow where I had plucked too high. The second time I visited her was yesterday for a facial my mom had purchased through Groupon as a gift. Again I was not disappointed! She took her time to cleanse and massage my face, head and shoulders. I just got my eyebrows microbladed at Priya Esthetics. What an experience! Priya is an expert that walked me through the process and what would be best for me. She checked in with me often to make sure I was ok since it can be a little painful until the numbing cream takes effect. I love, love, love them! They are symmetric and are the perfect color. For me was a horrible experience. I did my microblading here and I was pretty bad..The color faded out completely, so I did come back for my retouch. This time she used another technique but the results were the same or worse. At the end I did pay a lot of money for nothing....and I felt like she didn't have any clue of what she was doing.... She put the anesthesia and she left for 35 minutes, of course when she came back, the anesthesia was gone. One star because I can't do my review with none. Please don't go there. read more

When I went I got my eyebrows micro-bladed and I was a little nervous at first because I've heard some horrific incidents from my friends of stories of them getting eyebrow or lash extensions at other places. I purchased a groupon for a facial and not only was it the worst facial I've ever had, but I've huge red marks on my face and chest.. some pictures are posted and all the marks and spots are from my "facial" today. I have more on the other side of my face and my chest too. I did not have Priya but another lady. The facial itself was very lackluster... 20 min of a 60 min facial was spent in the room with some lotion on my face. Afterwards, she said all the marks are from extracting. Well, I have never had extractions leave my face in such horrible condition! It's a day later and it's all still inflamed and sore... like it's bruising. I've been going to Priya for threading since her Blaze Cut days but just got a facial from her for the first time last month. I wish I had done it sooner! My skin is very dry despite having a quite comprehensive skincare routine (toner, emulsion, AHA, serum, sunscreen everyday, sleeping mask, etc.). Priya recommended microdermabrasion and my skin was so smooth after just one session. Seriously it's so soft and smooth like baby skin! Microdermabrasion isn't as scary as it sounds. After the treatment it may feel like a very light sunburn for about 24 hours but it shouldn't be uncomfortable. Priya is very gentle and explains all the steps. I haven't had to wear any makeup since then and have had so many compliments! Her price is quite affordable so I bought a 3-session package. Can't wait to go back in a month! read more

I went here for a 60 minute facial. The facial started at 5.55pm and at 6.25pm the woman completed the clean up , massage n put a pack too. This is ridiculous the massage wasn't for 10 mins also.
