We are only a yearly bi-monthly servicing contract and have not received our service. We were supposed to have someone come out by May 12th and they never did. May 29th we called to remind them our home has not been serviced and the representative said someone should be out by Friday and that we would get our one day reminder email within a day. No one came to service our home and we never received an email. This company has no problem making sure their automatic payment goes through, but can't perform the services we're paying for. I would like to note this is now the second time we have called and requested our contacted service and had no one showed up. It should not be the customer responsibility to ensure our services are performed. read more

When ants invade my home, I get very fixated on tackling the issue immediately that I can't really focus on anything else until it's resolved. I generally take care of ants on my own with vinegar and bait, but the ants around the new home we moved into were way too difficult to manage. Every time I felt like I dealt with the situation, more ants would pop up again in a week or two and the vicious cycling of spraying, baiting, and monitoring started all over again. Who has that kind of time? I needed a professional. So here comes Shea from Pro Active Pest Control to my rescue. Shea is so respectful, willing to educate you about ants so you know what to look out for, and has a keen eye when it comes to finding colonies. Shea did a thorough landscaping of the area around our home and even found another ant "hot spot" that I didn't know about. I can't even begin to tell you how much of a relief it was to know I could rely on Shea to do the job and to do it exceptionally well! It's been about 2 weeks and the ant situation is now under control. Of course, new ants will pop up, but it's so easy to call up Pro Active to set up another follow up appointment. These guys have been on point! Since the pandemic with all the rodent issues going around town, we decided to get help from ProActive. Their rep came out, assessed the property and within a week we had a guy out here taking care of everything!!! And guess what, everything is pet "friendly", so with our pooch and cats not a worry. They set some rodent traps, dusted the corners from spider webs, inspected attic AND crawl space... the guy was ALL over the place! We were only gonna hire them for the one year, but their services have been outstanding and extremely attentive that we decided that it is 1000% worth keeping them in our pocket :) Just recently with all the rain, we had our yearly ant problem, called them the next day, two days later BOOM! guy at our door ready to take care of it all! He sprayed the house, the baseboards, addressed the outside again and even left a lil extra poison in case they come back... and made sure we call again if need be. read more
