DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. HE IS A SCAMMER. I contacted Arthur for an estimate because I needed help removing a beehive from my property. He explained that there would be a setup fee and a daily charge for a vacuum system that would safely remove the bees alive and relocate them without harming them. I liked the idea of preserving the bees, so I felt that paying a little extra would be worthwhile. The bees were entering and exiting through a small hole in the property. Arthur told me there would be a setup fee of $350 and a daily charge of $85. I explained that the cost was more than I could afford, and he said he would try to help me out by reducing the fee. He also told me that the machine would be running 24 hours a day. Arthur came to the property on Friday evening, set up the machine, and returned on Tuesday morning to remove it. However, the machine only operated approximately 12 hours per day, not 24 hours as represented. Despite this, he charged me for full days from Friday through Tuesday. When I questioned the charges, Arthur became very hostile and said, "Fine, I will go back to the house and put the bees back in there." He then hung up the phone and proceeded to send me a series of alarming text messages. I wish I could attach screenshots of those messages, but I am not sure how to do so. However, I have copied and pasted two of his MANY messages below: "Of course it's not gonna be running for 24 hours a day it runs from sunrise to sunset boy are you confused and as far as me turning over the liability to return those bees you as a landlord are totally responsible and I as a Beekeeper I'm not taking that responsibility back on taking those bees back to your property. Are you crazy? You're just being an emotional. You don't make any sense I can't believe you'd want me to return the bees killer killer African bees to your renters who's gonna ensure me for that and don't be rude with me anymore. You're not gonna get anywhere with that. Nothing stop your madness get your manners back. We tried to reach you several times to talk to you about the project, but you're always just too busy excuse me. You tell him whatever you want I treated you with respect and I've done a good job on your project and I'll stick up for that. No matter what you say. You go ahead and threaten me. That's not gonna get you anywhere with me and get some manners you sound just like a little emotional calm down. It's unbelievable that you do that. Beware!!! Beware!!!!! Please read this before hiring this man. I got home from work to find out I had a beehive that was swarming. My HOA called Pro Bee. Since he was there I hired him. BIG MISTAKE. He asked for 525 deposit and said it should take 4 to 5 days at 85 dollars a day. He did not add that 525 to his final bill. Just 525 to talk to him. He also charged me 85 more dollars for that day. Why? I'm not sure. He started the vacuum for the bees the next day. He could not get his timers to work so I had to plug and unplug the cord every night. A WEEK IN HE SAID HE NEEDED TO START ANOTHER VACUUM. I said ok He did not tell me he was going to charge me double now. 16 days later he says its sealed. He charged me 600 to fill the hole. He said he didn't need to paint it because the foam would deteriorate and match my house. Did he charge me for a paint job? Yes. HE CHARGED ME 3,700 total!!!!!!!! I told him I disagreed with the bill. Thats when the insults and threats started. He was going to put a lien on my house. He was going to do research on me. I don't know what that means. He texted me he despised me and that i was weak and a coward, He called me a male nurse. I'm not a nurse I think he just thinks that is an insult. Arthur's the man! He came out right away with his sidekick to help save the bees in our neighborhood dog park.... we stopped truly Nolan from killing them because that's who the city sent.... But thankfully Pro Bee Removal came and they were able to rescue at least 98% of all the bees by a gentle method. I'm happy to have helped w saving the bees and he was just as happy to save them! I didn't know until I had a bee guy -- until today. We're visiting from out of town and suddenly there was a bee swarm around our travel trailer. I didn't think much of it until I went in the trailer and found bees on the floor of the shower I looked up and there were more bees inside of the vent screen and even more outside. Not wanting to kill a beneficial creature, I called a Pro Bee Removal for advice. He answered the phone first time, and offered reassuring help and offered to come out to check the situation out. I noticed one bee was being tended to by other bees. I shooed all of them out and cleaned up the ones that had gotten inside. Arthur is a caring professional. He not only cared about me, but he cares deeply about the bees. He does exactly what he says he will do in terms of his services and more importantly how he preserves the hive and honey. When I received the after action report, I was upset. Someone, probably the landscape maintenance crew, POISONED the hive and they couldn't even do that right. When Arthur arrived, half of the hive was still alive! He managed to save the living half with the queen, and relocate them to a safe place to live. Dead bees were all over the patio and when he left, I could not tell he was ever there. I called him late yesterday and as promised, he was at work first thing this AM. On top of all that, his fee was slightly less than other quotes. read more

DISHONEST, UNFROPESSIONAL! My wife and I, we both found online by coincidence the same company and spoke to the same person, I spoke to Arthur first and we agreed to have removal on live bees to keep as well as honeycomb the charge was $350.00 plus $100.00 if a generator was needed, to me a fair price. Later on my wife calls me to let me know she spoke to Arthur same company and to her he was charging $650.00. We actually reside 4 hours away from the property to have the work done we do have family in the area that keeps an eye on the property when needed. The property is a burn down home and has part of drywall inside that are not burn it is gated and my cousin has a key to access he got there 1 1/2 hours before to wait for the beekeeper, my cousin Hector calls me to let me know that the beehive was no longer active that someone had killed them he took pictures and videos which we have saved, I told him to go home since nothing was going to be done. The pictures showed all the dead bees on the floor with some kind of white dust and the videos show broken drywall and honey still on the burned drywall. I decided to call back Arthur from Pro Bee Removal to cancel letting him know what happen, he said that he was on his way and will get there in half an hour he didn't want to go back. Later on my wife calls me and says Arthur had called her to charge $650.00 for the job on collecting the live bees and cleaning the comb, which she did pay but didn't know that I had proof the beehive was not active. The same day she asked Arthur for pictures on the work performed, they sent her a 7 second video using a sledge hammer breaking a piece of drywall but no honeycomb or live bees around. I called Arthur asking why he charged my wife for an unprofessional dishonest job, he got upset and texted to my wife saying and blaming us on killing the bees, threats to file a mechanics lean and a fine of $1,200.00. also calling me a liar and he is reporting me to the State. My wife was still asking for pictures as proof of worked performed, on the third day he sent her one picture showing dead bees on the floor which we believe is from another place not ours.
