Edited to add - customer service followed up with me via phone call a couple hours after service and yelp review and explained that the wrong selection was coded and I was refunded $185, for a total cost of $395 for the drain unclog. Super Bros was not the cheapest, but very competitive with the lowest quote. There were a few reasons we went with Super Bros. First, they got started on my whole house re-pipe the next week. The other company had me waiting for more than a month. The other reason is because Super Bros was super communicative and explained the whole process before it started, asked lots of questions about my preferences, and was incredibly transparent about every details and process. My primary point of contact for this job was Jeremy. He was actually another reason that I went with Super Bros, as I never felt like he was trying to upsell anything or push me into doing something I didn't want or need. He was clear about where there were options and where he has seen challenges from a project like mine in the past. His experience and demeanor were what locked it in for me. After agreeing to use Super Bros, the next week I was met by Mike, who walked through with me as he was point on the project. I work from home so I was around for the entire thing, but I can honestly say that there was barely any disruption to my workday. Yes, the water was off for one of the 3 days of work, but other than that and the expected noise of cutting out metal pipes here and there, the disruption was nearly invisible. I was also greeted by Serge and Denis who were handling different parts of the project. Both incredibly polite and obviously damn good at their jobs.
