Thien came within an hour of my call, and gave me an estimate that was more reasonable than other quotes received. I had guests coming for Thanksgiving, and he accommodated my schedule to get the work done before they arrived. Angel and Hugo came for the job, and they could not have been more pleasant, courteous, and hard-working. I had several small jobs around the house (e.g., caulk around kitchen sink, bath sink, clean/re-grout small bath floor), and one big job around the bathtub and walls. Once they started on the bathtub, they realized the previous home ownerused the wrong material and would require twice the amount of time to get the job done. In fact, they worked on it for a full-day and then came back the next day for another full-day to finish the job. They had to work hard to strip the old grout (caulk?) out, before redoing the grout. I couldn't be happier. 700 sq ft white tiled kitchen floor got new glistening white grout and the team grew from two men to six at one point as I had layers of old wax from previous cleaning job. Thiem is polite and a real gem...always answers my call and workers are diligent and cordial. He also regrouted a shower stall that had cracks over the years along the grouts. My 3year old sunken tub was oozing brown liquid along the backside which is very strange and apparently was collecting water from a crack between the wall tiles and the marble splash. Shower grout was a mess, could not clean it with any over the counter products. I sent Thien a picture and he gave me a quote over the phone. It took 2 people the first day and 1 person the second day to remove all the old discolored grout and make it look like the the stone tile was just installed. Pro Grout did an impeccable job re-grouting our kitchen floor and then cleaning our dining room grout. I'm not sure of the man's name who did the work, but he showed up 15 minutes early and spent all day- literally 12 hours- making sure our grout was perfect! I was unfamiliar with how grout it removed so unfortunately our house became covered with dust. We had the idea to close off the doorways about 3 hours in so we had quite the cleaning project after. But, Pro Grout's prices were unbeatable so it was completely worth it to us. Also, their employee consulted us on the color of the grout before he started the re-grouting process. I appreciated this because I recently hired a different company at my work to do some re-grouting in the shower (Pro Grout was unfortunately booked 2 weeks out and I needed to get it done asap) and the grout color they choose was too dark and they had charged significantly more than Pro Grout. These guys are great. They were able to come out and inspect what was needed. I needed to have all the old grout and caulk removed in the shower and redone. They were on time for the appointment and performed everything needed. They made suggestions for what should be done in the future as well. I could not have hired a better tile specialist than Pro Grout. Prices are fair, and these guys take no shortcuts whatsoever and do your bathroom remodel the right way. I had cracked grout spreading on my bathroom floor and walls. I thought it was an easy fix. After having a few contractors come by and take a look, the consensus was that I had to rip out all of the floor and wall tile due to a horrible job done by previous contractors. Thien gave me a very fair price and I decided to hire them. Anthony and Hugo came and worked tirelessly doing a complete demolition and a re-tiling of my bathroom. We found Pro Grout after searching on yelp. The tile in our kitchen is original to the 1950's house and unfortunately it looked terrible. The grout was missing in several places and was discolored in others. The tiles themselves were pitted and becoming discolored as well. We were concerned about water damage and the cleanliness of our counters. Pro Grout was able to completely change the look of our tile. Within 6 hours Angel removed all of the old grout, cleaned the tile and re-grouted the entire countertop and backsplash. The price was very reasonable and Pro Grout worked within our budget. (2) times my tiles were regrouted - (2) times the grout came out after a week of drying - on the first shower. Live and learn. I think I have enough grout dust in my lungs to warrant a visit to the doctor. Tien (handsome devil too!) arrived on time to give me a quote - he heard my pain of 2 failed jobs. After reading the reviews I thought I would give Thien a try. I have had my bathroom worked on by two other so called professionals and they did a horrible job. I got Thien Vuong contact from one guy whom I called for bath tub refinishing, he suggested re-grout based on our bathroom condition. I called Thein and he scheduled apt to work in it and he came at 7.30AM and worked till 6PM with a short break of lunch, in fact I asked him to take short break during work but he kept working on it and he finished two bathrooms only in one day with some addition work. i called pro grout after reading the positive reviews on yelp. when i called wednesday, mid-morning, i was surprised that my call went right through to thien (the owner). i explained to him that i wanted grout staining done on my kitchen counter top. he told me he could come by in two hours to provide an estimate. wow! what service. when thien arrived, he quickly assessed the job, explained to me what would be done and gave me an estimate lower than i expected. i then decided to add on a few extra items (recaulking the bathtub and deep cleaning the travertine bathroom floor and counter top tiles) to the work order. in my opinion, the prices were all very reasonable. a crew of three workers came on saturday morning. these guys were very nice, kept things pretty clean and did a terrific job! i was very impressed by the end result, and thrilled about thousands of dollars grout staining saved me in putting in a new kitchen counter top. i mean, a new kitchen counter top is nice, but for what i needed (just to make the counter top look lighter and brighter), this fit the bill. wonderful customer service and great work! highly recommend. read more

I had them out last Saturday to Clean/Repair/Seal the Grout in the bathroom. I had asked for a Saturday app so I could be home. His guys showed up right on time. Two went to work in the Kitchen and One worked in the Bathroom. So to make a long story short I thought this was expensive for what needed to be done but everyone charge a similar price.
