This is an update to my review dated 5/8/2022. After several months, some of the grout in the newly tiled area started cracking and coming off. I called Thien and sent him some pictures as requested. He came over promptly and determined that some of the tiles were indeed loose and moving. He suggested originally removing and replacing the tiles and we were not for all the work, the dust, and the material waste that would involve. I suggested that he look into using Fix-A-Floor adhesive. Thien looked into it and then agreed to try it. All the affected grout was removed and the adhesive was poured into the space from which the loose grout was removed. After 24 hours the tiles were solid and new grout was applied. Time will tell if the fix will last. I really appreciated Thien's promptness of response to the issue and willingness to try a far less destructive approach. One could get away with just a wet cleaning but Angel scraped all the built up soap and calcium in the marble showers with a razor, could see all the built up scum on the shower floor, didn't realize there was that much build up. Then we later realized that our shower stall, built in 1953, was allowing water to drip into the basement. We called Thien. He scheduled us for a full-day restoration of the stall. Two of his team were here all day today. They not only did the shower stall, they touched up the grout throughout the bathroom. We had thought the original estimate was a bit steep. We didn't understand that we'd get a virtually new bathroom for that price. We tipped both workers for a day-long effort (9 hours). Can't say enough good about these guys.
