They did a great job on both of our bathtubs/showers. One was to just remove grout (in areas that shouldn't have been grouted in the first place) then properly silicone caulk. The 2nd bathroom, which is very old, was an entire re-grout in the bathtub area. They did a great job on both and I feel their prices were extremely fair/reasonable. The owner personally came out to review the potential projects and give the estimates. Your response is completely untrue. Our porcelain tile is very high quality. It was purchased at Tile Fantastic and is imported Spanish tile made by Porcelanosa. The cost for our master shower tile was $7K--just the tile. We paid the tile setter $11K to design and set tile in that shower. Yes, you did come back several times--and you charged us $400-$600 each time. The truth is that your highly skilled workers chipped my tile in numerous places--and you promised there would be no damage to the tile. My shower was ruined. And your solution to fixing my tile that you chipped was to charge me to buy new tile-- that did not match! BTW - Your "highly skilled" workers actually had the nerve to ask me for "a tip" because they are paid so little. Shame on you, Thein. read more

Pro Grout redid our master bath shower grout and replaced two cracked tiles from the grab bar. They used epoxy grout to prevent a mold issue we experienced. The job took one very long day for Joe, our craftsman. The work was done very well. The grab bar was installed after a few days to allow the tile thinset to dry first. Very Happy!! Bathroom showers, bathroom floors and our laundry room look amazing! Pricing is reasonable and quality of work is superb! Guy's spent two solid days mastering their craft. First day they worked from 8:30am-11:15pm. Second day was relatively similar. In addition they are friendly, but leave you alone and work steady. We changed our grout to an epoxy seal and color to match the tile instead of having contrast. Looks creamy and rich-much more updated. Hopefully we don't have to service grout anytime soon, but if we ever have to we will call Thien! Lastly: they did get grout up on paint of the wall on side of toilet, but this is a minimal complaint! read more
