My relationship with my iPhone was vey similar to my romantic relationships. It started with a breath of fresh air, so new and loving with no annoyances. After a few months, iPhone and I started to get comfortable with one another and I'd let him hang out in the bathroom while I showered, we were still in love and just bedazzled by each others looks, but we didn't understand that the water and steam could be a destructive force- actually, we just didn't care..we were that much in love. I was so excited when Verizon finally picked up the iphone...I felt like a little girl opening up gifts on Christmas morning with brightened eyes filled with satisfaction and joy. All of this materialistic goodness came to a sad end when I got out of my car and forgot the damn thing was on my lap and slammed on the floor, cracking my screen. There is not much enthusiasm left over your phone when you have good solid scratches on the screen of my iphone 3gs, one of the speaker is not working and also the headphone socket is damaged. Took an appointment which I got on the same day and went there and after evaluating my phone his words were a big time soother "Nothing serious". This my place to go when ever my phone screen gets cracked... I have been here about 5 times and Jack has always done a professional job. He's answered all questions and even helped me with technical questions about my phone. He takes the time to fix all problems and answer anything that was concerning me. I also liked the fact that he is able to squeeze me in for repairs even if he's really busy. I appreciate his professional work cause I've gone to another place once before and they used cheap screens and that made my phone act weird for some reason. This place is in the hollywood production center building with really nice lobby area and helpful receptionist. It's a legit place... I had dropped my iphone and my beloved retina display and glass had cracked! I, like all you other Yelpers on this page, am almost physiologically attached to my iphone so needless to say I was truly devastated... but Jack quickly changed this ugly reality into a fairytale ending HAHA. Jack, the gentleman who fixed my iPhone screen, was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He didn't charge me for an inspection of my screen, which seemed like a lot of work. He also guided me through all the issues my screen had (a screen replacement I got from a different store that was horrible) and replaced my screen in 25 min. I hiiiighly recommend this repair shop. Prices are the same if not less than other places, because if the extra work and knowledge. And to top it off my screen looks and feels the best it's felt! The experience is truly worth your time. I dropped my phone and shattered my screen.. called Apple and they quoted me $199.. found this through a yelp search and was so excited to get my screen fixed for just $60! Made an appointment, they were closed for renovations.. it all seemed professional and legit to this point.. they sent me a text confirming date and time.. i showed up.. with my 9-month old baby in tow.. and no one was there.. they didn't answer my calls.. or my texts.. i have yet to hear back from them. My phone fell off my hands when I was coming out of the grocery with a lot of bags and the front part was fully broken that I couldn't see anything on the screen!!! I checked yelp reviews about this place and took my phone there. They gave me the estimate price immediately and as soon as I agreed to repair it there they said it's going to be ready very soon. This place is awesome! i had some major cracks on my iphone 4, the home button was damaged, and i even had some water damage, but the guy there managed to fix all the problems, threw in a case, and a car charger all for 110 flat! The guy was very professiona as he explained everything that was wrong, and why i would be paying that price! he did this very quickly too, which is always a plus! Went in because I thought my charging port was bad/was having issues charging my phone with both of my cables. But after doing a little cleaning and checking one of my cables, he said the charging port was clean, and I just needed a new charger (since it was charging perfectly with his cables). I've been having my iPhone serviced by Jack at iFone Repair Service for the last 3 years. I usually make an appointment online and am in and out in under 20 minutes. Today I had my battery changed. It was 4 years old. Jack tested it with diagnostics and determined that it had lost 20% of its original strength. He also cleaned the lint in the vibration switch area and the charger plug in area.
