One of the support beams was on its last leg as it has suffered dry rot. Alex quickly responded to my request for quote, came out the next day, and gave me a quote. He was very thorough with his inspection and gave me a no b.s. quote. There were several other companies I got quotes from but decided to go with Alex because of his straightforward answers and great customer service. Alex and his crew came the same week and did an amazing job on the project. They were very respectful of my property and placed everything back in their place. Their work was solid. Alex took pictures and send them to me as I was at work. After they were complete, they cleaned up the area well and placed everything back.
