I asked her politely to check the filter and drain plug. She said that the filter was hand tight but she asks "the boys" to tighten them normally. I asked why not use a filter wrench or tool to which she replied that it's against policy. For $180+, I would expect near dealership treatment and certainly no leaks! Took my car for an oil change, the guy who drove it onto the ramps popped off both rocker panels on…read moredriver and passenger sides. They said the last guy to take them off didn't put the pins back in. (The last guy to take them off was one of their mechanics while doing a diagnostic on my exhaust last year) Then they propped my car up with batteries, pieces of wood and other misc items to change the oil. Didn't put the e-brake on. My car rolled off the makeshift jacks and fell 12-16 inches. They refused to take any responsibility for damages to my car. Will not go back.
