I've been coming here for years I used to be a tech at one point of time so I honestly appreciate the updates that I know are required when the time comes around. I drive from rockwall to come to this place every time my vehicles are due for service. If that says anything, I've watched ppl come in as customers and leave happy cause their vehicles were cared for properly and I've watched people come here in nice vehicles and have a laundry list of maintenance needed only to turn down the service and leave with just an oil change. This place is Horrible. I 100% do not recommend. Everyone is rude. I went for an inspection and they was doing a lot of unusual shady stuff that has never been done before. I have a SRT AND The main thing was one of the mechanics joy riding in my car around the parking lot. Punching on the gas and then slamming on brakes. I asked the boss why is he playing in my car and then he just brushed it off. He did all of this playing around in my car and then comes back and say i can't have an inspection sticker because my front windshield has tint. This is very untrue considering i purchased this car factory from the legitimate dodge dealership and have not changed anything. My thing is what was the point of driving and speeding my car through there parking lot if you "claim" the car has tint. That should have been the end right there verses taking my SRT for a test drive. It was unclean, unsanitary, and nowhere to even sit. Workers were lazy and all sitting in cars in the parking lot when i pulled up. No clear communication. And for some reason they kept trying to get me to walk away from my car and watching me like they was trying to steal something and i could tell that they were getting frustrated because i wouldn't leave eyes view. Updated review 2021. Have not had any issues since the mistake in 2018. This is my go to for oil changes and inspections. In and out quickly. They do get busy during peak times. Weekends and after people get off from work but this is to be expected. So plan accordingly. read more

Well I went to go replace my elderly mother's oil today, only to find that they had use the Loctite on the screw that they had stripped when they replaced oil last time at this service station. I do not trust them at all!! plus they can't even come clean that they stripped your oil pan screw ?and we're just going to glue it on and hope that nobody notices, well you're wrong I noticed!! read more

My Enterprise van i was in required oil change and headlight service, I spoke to to Jason The manager advised him this was an Enterprise vehicle and Enterprise would be paying the bill. Jason and his guys started working on vehicle after they were finished they couldn't find the vehicle on the Enterprise website so Jason said I would need to pay and he didn't have all night ,putty ng it back on me ,the first thing I said when I arrived was enterprise will pay , Jason did not check to make surw the vehicle was covered by enterprise before starting work . Jason Very rusran me off after bill was payed , for telling him he should have checked on payment first .I will never return to any pro quick lub ever ! read more

Usually this place is awesome. Jason is legit and will take care of you. But his workers are straight up lazy and won't take care of your car. They ignore you when you make a request and strip screws as well as yank screws out stripping the threads in the holes. Don't plan on going back. read more

They broke my engine oil cap and deny it. My usual mechanic was going to change the oil this time and said he couldn't because the cap was broken and to take it back to the last place. Well I did and they say they didn't didn't do it and wouldn't pay to fix it. I wish I had looked at reviews before going. Acceleration problem on our Jetta was traced back to a crimped line in the air box. Pro Quick Lube was the last to open the air box when they changed the air filter. Problems started right after that. The repair cost around $300. Needless to say, we won't be going back. read more

Normally I have had no problems with this location. Today was a different and unsettling visit. Due to their recommendations I was there to get the full meal deal, transmission service, Radiator Flush &Brake Fluid Exchange.. After I settled the bill I exited the garage and proceeded down their driveway. The problem....No Brakes!!!!!So out I flew onto Westmorland Thank God there was no oncoming traffic. Was able to turn into next parking lot and back around to Pro Quick resting in the grass after pulling the Emergency Brake. One of their techs met me and got Into the car to test. Still No Breaks....He got it back into the service area and said there was Air in the Breakline. They redid the brake service and cleared the line of any air. The tech then got into the car and did a test drive around the parking lot. I wish they would have done that the first time. Someone was watching out for me on this one because it could have had a different ending all together. Like getting Hit by oncoming traffic or personal injury. I don't know what could have been done to prevent this, but for anyone getting this service done....have them do a test drive around the parking Lott. I don't think I'll be returning. read more

This place is a rip off. I purchased the more expensive oil change service ($56 for high-mileage oil). They told me I had an oil leak after changing my oil. I found out a day later that they replaced my oil plug with a much smaller plug so that I could believe my car was damaged. I know that it was a different plug because I had personally changed my oil the month before. When I talked to the manager, he refused to give me a refund or reimburse me for the replacement costs. I told him I would be satisfied if he just reimbursed me for the replacement costs (which was $20 cheaper than the refund). I even showed him the plug and receipts for the replacement plug and oil. The owner has not returned my calls or message. Do not get service here, they are crooks. read more

I went to Pro Quick to get an oil change. There were a few cars ahead of me, but not too many. I was never greeted, just told to pull my car behind another vehicle. I got out of my vehicle and since there were a couple of people in the small customer waiting area, I decided to stand outside. The manager and other mechanics walked past and around but neither greeted or asked what service I needed. After I finally went inside the waiting area, one of the mechanics comes to show me my dirty air filter to get approval to replace it. He was nice, in trying to up-sell me of course. However, what really pissed me off was when my service concluded and I was about to exit the service bay and I finally heard the manager greeting someone. I looked to my side to see the customer as they were pulling in and guess what, the customer that the manager decided to GREET AND ASK HOW HE WAS DOING, WAS AN OLDER WHITE MALE. I was pissed because this is the customer service that anyone who pulls in deserves. Anyway, as I was leaving the manager did say something to the effect of have a good day. I worked in customer service for years and it should be standard for warm greeting or acknowledgement at least and a fond farewell! read more
