Three days later, I was still waiting for my vehicle. While I understand that unexpected delays can happen, what was most frustrating was the lack of honest communication. On Tuesday the guy called in the morning saying it would be done by noon. They didn't call me until 1:30 saying it's almost done. Well by 3 pm I still haven't heard from them so I called and they said they were almost done. Every time I called, I was told my car was "almost done," yet the timeline kept getting pushed back without any clear explanation. By the end of day Tuesday they said they needed something else to fix. At this time the rental car places were closed so I was screwed without a ride. On Wednesday, the guy called saying again they were almost done and should be done by noon. Again I haven't heard from them at all so I had to call them at 3pm. They kept saying they were almost done. They didn't finish until nearly 7pm and this place closed at 6. Ridiculous. If they had been upfront from the beginning and provided realistic expectations, I could have planned accordingly. Instead, I was repeatedly given inaccurate updates, which made the entire experience even more frustrating. Waiting three days for a brake job is unacceptable, especially when there is little communication and no proactive effort to keep the customer informed. Good customer service isn't just about fixing cars--it's about respecting your customers' time and communicating honestly. This terrible communication and inaccurate timelines are reasons I will not come back.

    I would like to say this place deserves the name Integrity Automotive…read more My only complaint is I wish they were closer to me. My regular mechanic is close in whittier for regular maintence. But when I had and electrical problem all 4 power windows quit at once on my ford fx4 my guy was like it could cost a 1000.00 I remembered Integrity fixed my son's toyota electrical problems for a great price. So I made the drive expecting 1000.00 When I gave them the problem I was given and estimate of 240.00 . But I was told it would be for 1 1/2 hours of labor to find the problem. If they fixed it sooner it would be less??? Out the door 231.00 that's unreal. While I was waiting a man came in said his car died at the service station next door. Joe asked some questions now he had 12 cars to be repaired !! He left his bussiness to help a man in need got the car to his shop. The man said how much do I owe . Joe said nothing I haven't fixed it yet. Wow if that is not Integrity what is.

Whether it's an engine light, regular maintenance, or replacing parts on older vehicles, they explain everything clearly and never push unnecessary work. What really stands out is their honesty, we've gotten quotes elsewhere and this shop has saved us a significant amount of money while still doing great work. It's rare to find a mechanic this trustworthy, especially in this day and age. We won't go anywhere else.

Thank you to the manager on site for explaining how a drive-through quick service works to me and keeping the process professional!!!!! I knew what I needed, full synthetic change, so we didn't run into any issues with upcharging or upselling other random services. Value for $100 meant I was in and out in 20 minutes and could make it down Imperial for a burger before traffic hit!

    It pains me to do this; I've been going here for more years than I count, but I did my oil change…read morethere on Friday, 03.20 (when they had their 20% off entire invoice online special). I got my oil change done, simple as that. The problem came with the extras... they tested the battery, and for some reason it came back as "low, needs replacement" (I'll explain the dubiousness in a sec). They wanted to charge me $350 for an AGM battery, even tried to upsell on it. Side note: granted I arrived at the tail end of their day, but they also didn't check transmission fluid. Something to consider. Needless to say, didn't take the first offer presented, as I went to a local parking lot and called AAA, have them do a remote battery service for a second opinion. And guess what they found? The battery was operating normally. Far and away from the results shown to me on the valvoline worker's iPad. Which indicates that someone was lying. Out of the blue, this seems an isolated incident, a one in a million chance; but I have it on good word from a local FB group that this is happening with other folks as well.. not with batteries necessarily, but crucial items such as transmission fluid supposedly very low, when in fact it was their oil. Out of respect for going there for years, I will not say names... but I must affirm that this is the one time any type of doubt is put in place for this establishment. And such doubt (not to mention potential for flat-out lying to the customer, all for the sake of making extra at the end of the day) is something I simply cannot stand by. Please, beware: it is genuinely nice to go here for the convenience... but it's a shame that I feel I almost always need a second opinion to do any kind of service done for my vehicle. If the point of Valvoline is to be a reliable/trustworthy one-stop shop for any quick service... in terms of trustworthiness and reliability, they are failing here. And I urge retraining or a QA audit on the location to ensure that trust is rectified and genuine. Thanks. TLDR; oil change good, love the convenience, seeds of doubt/potential deception when checking battery (between Valvoline, AAA), urge QA best practices are followed or risk widespread criticism
