I called and expressed my disappointment of the metallic peeling in just 2 days after having them done. Fast forward to my appointment tonight to have my nails "redone" only to be told that I'm to pay full price. Once I disagreed, I was offered a 10.00 discount. Again, I disagreed. I did a walk in very late late in the day and Rose was able to take me. She was very nice, didn't rush or make me feel rushed. The color I picked was a bit light so she did 3 layers of coat for me (typically they do 2) and asked if I wanted a 4th layer because it was late so she couldn't see the color really well. Scheduled an appointment to get SNS and color change with Ann (table 5). She did the design and color that I wanted and to my disappointment immediately when I got home the design began to peel. I went back early the next morning and all of a sudden she did not understand English and instead of taking ownership for the mishap she made excuses. The manager instructed her on what to do after she refused to do my nails as I originally paid. ( $70 and a tip) She put a lighter pink with gel polish and then wanted to add yellow and black design. I told her I just want what I paid for and she finally got up angrily and said someone else's going to do them. I walked out with half done nails. No shine and polish all over my cuticles. I went to get my nails done on Saturday April 14th. When walking into the nail salon is very inviting and clean. However the service leaves much to be desired. For a pedicure and an SNS full set I was there for 2 hours. They even more upsetting part is I still had to come back and get my entire right-hand redone because the technician did such a terrible job. Less than 1 week later my nails look terrible. The matte top coat has come off of a few of my nails. And my right thumb nail is completely broken. Needless to say this will be the last time I ever go to the salon to waste any more money. I had an awesome experience with Terry. She really made sure I was comfortable and that I was ok with her work throughout. I got a pedicure (the #3) and I enjoyed the experience and the quality. I'm on week two and the polish still looks fresh. Love the precautions they are taking. You have to stand outside and get your temp taken, then straight to the sink to wash your hands. Everyone has to wear a mask whether customer or worker, and there is a partition that separates you from the nail tech. Everything was clean and well organized. We will defiantly be back. read more

They push the SNS on you by saying it last just as long as gel. My nails broke 5 days after I got them done and when I went back they wouldn't even repair them. The guy admitted that the lady who did my nails didnt do them right but I shouldve ask for them thick?? It didn't make any sense and he was very rude. This was my first time as a patron here but I will definitely be back. Chi Chi did an amazing job on my pedicure. The shop is managed very well and the technicians are courteous and professional. They also use disposable liners for each client which is a huge PLUS and something I look for in every nail salon I visit. I had been going to Pro Top Nails for a couple of years. I WILL NOT return there do to the rude way Tam the owner talked to me in front of whole store. I considered myself a friend with Tina and several of the others. I was even invited to their Christmas/Grand-Re-opening party. My mom was in the shop to get her nails done that day and she saw and heard it all. We will not be going back. The techs in my opinion are rude as well. They talk non stop among themselves in Vietnamese. I was dealing with it but the last straw was Tam. The techs may not feel they are being rude and if I asked what they were talking about they would usually tell me. I felt like I had developed a relationship with Tina, Carol, Terri, Rose and a few of the others including Tam having met many of their family members as well. I was not looking to change shops. My mom heard him as well and she has decided she would not return. Tam may have been having a really bad day but he did not apologize to me or I would have considered going back. The nail techs do a good job. However a couple of my concerns: 1. they do not use sterilized tools and 2. they do not line the spa pedicure bowl with a disposable lining. I do believe in walking with my hard earned money to a business that would appreciate my business and I did. read more

This is not the first time me and him got into in so I guess he had it out for me.. I never felt that embarrassed in my life I go there every two weeks to do my lashes I stop doing my nails there because of him and decided to do It today because I was being lazy and just wanted to get everything done one place and the worst mistake I ever made this man wanted to get me arrest I was a loyal customer even though he was rude but today NEVER AGAIN!!!!! read more

I just went in for the first time today (1.11.16) and I had a fantastic experience!! I've only ever had my nails done twice in my entire life and recently decided to have them done regularly. This was the first place I tried and they have my business!! I requested a regular manicure and Vinh did my nails. We ended up doing a gel manicure instead and it turned out wonderful!! He was so great, very nice, and clearly knew what he was doing. He has been doing nails for 20 years! I had a wonderful experience and everything turned out beautifully at a great price. I have went to this nail salon for years because it was so close to my house. Tina is the best and the only one who can do nails and toes. The customer service lately though has went down the toliet. The manager / owner is rude and condescending and never acknowledges you. The other technicians are not that friendly and you can tell they talk about you. I got a gel nail manicure the other day and it peeled within the two days. Waste of money. Only two people in there can do eyebrows. I went in with my cousin for a girls day. I have been to this salon many times and have had different experiences. I have found there are 2 manicurist that i trust fully with my nails. Tam the owner does my nails I get the SNS, he is the only one I will let do this particular type of nails on me!!!! I get french tip. I only get Tina to do my pedicures!!! She is great. These 2 are very friendly and I will go back! The prices are a little high but well worth it for me. My cousin however did not get the same service her nails chipped the next day!! i've had several bad experiences here but last week i decided to give it another try since it's the closest one to my house, but i really should've saved my $28 and gone to somewhere a little further. first of all the nail tech was EXTREMELY rude, i cant remember her name, and while she was doing my nails she told me it was gonna cost about $30 and i was thinking "oh okay a little pricey" and then i started to look around and i saw the pricing board and that's when i got PISSED. acrylic nails is $23 and i had gotten them medium length. so then i proceed to ask her why does it cost $30 and she tried to say it was for the length and i said why i got them medium, and then she tried to say it was for the shape and then i agreed and said okay well isn't it $5 for the shape? and then she proceeded to argue the price with me and when we got to the agreement of $27 she comes back with my receipt with the total of $29. i was extremely angry but it was $2 more so i wasn't gonna sit there and wine about it. as soon as we finished arguing about the price she then proceeded to do a horrible job with my nails and then gave me an attitude when i wanted to switch the color from yellow to pink. a week later i have 2 nails already broken off and one starting to come off, i will never come here ever again. save your money and go somewhere else read more
