I was a little confused leaving Pro X Motors. My wife and I drove over 3 hours to check out a beautiful Ram 1500, and beautiful it was. However, I'd never been asked to send my down payment via Cash App and Zelle before, because my down payment was too large and they didn't want to swipe my debit card. I also never seen any paperwork as far as my loan went and requested it twice before I would send any payment. That kind of turned me off on the whole deal, otherwise I'd be riding in a Ram 1500 right about now. Clean cars, good service, just an uncommon request from a dealership. read more

I called my boi Fouad for every bell and whistle I upgraded my rover with and from the smallest to biggest accessory my boi took the time to research and find it for me no coast no nothing never once did he say I can't or I'm busy. He even got me my oil and filter at a way lower price then Autozone when it was time to do my oil change. My hat goes off to Fouad for striving to get every one the best quality car and the best quality service right along with it! PRO X MOTORS is a true example of what a honest car dealership with pride and integrity looks like and more dealer ships should strive to be like them in my opinion. Fouad quickly became a man I respected and admired for the "above and beyond" way he has treated me and I can honestly say I even consider him a friend now! We went here after visiting other dealers and being pushed to sign a contract at other dealers. They were easy to work with, didn't push, knew right off the bat if they were pushy to make sell I'd walk and wait months to buy car. They were never pushy to come down. Always told my wife to visit their site, find a couple of cars she liked, and come look at them. My wife fell in love with a BMW. I wanted a extended warranty, and they offered it to us at a low price compared to others. Also explained what gap insurance was, and didn't try to push on us, after knowing about I got that as well. I have told a few friends and family about them, my in-laws loved the car, thought it was a brand new car that we paid $60k plus for. I told him the payments range I wanted to be in, and he made it happen, didn't like the APR we got, they went back to the lender and told them not going to happen and got us a better APR on loan. I will be going back to buy my truck from them. They are 30 min drive from us with no traffic, even with traffic I'll still return to them for honest, helpful, and most of all willing to work with a not so easy person as myself.
