But what made my experience was this kind, honest man. He was super friendly, didn't try to upsell, and genuinely guided me through what was going on with my car so I knew for next time. This kind of customer service is hard to find and I completely trust them with my car. Will 100% come back and I hope he is the one working on my car again next time! Muchas Gracias!

The staff are incredibly polite and informative; they proactively reminded me about the taxes and environmental fees (which are also clearly stated in the Groupon fine print). ​Pro-tip for Groupon users: ​Enter through the oil change entrance first. ​Show your Groupon to the technician to get your completion paperwork. ​Take that paperwork to the front desk to have your voucher scanned. ​Keep the receipt they give you--you'll need to show it to the car wash attendant. ​Vacuum first, then head into the wash! ​As a bonus, there is an incredible Mexican restaurant on-site. It's easily the best pozole I've ever had! My only minor critique is that I would have liked a more thorough wipe-down of the windows. Regardless, I still highly recommend this place for the service and the value.

Half way decent carwash…read more Come here for the oil and wash special. Oil guys upsale me on some products. Say if I want the car wash k said yes. Oil gets changed. I walk over to were the car has been taken to get washed. I asked of I could upgrade. They say no. Should have been done with the oil guys. So, not only did I not know that but now I can't upgrade to what I actually wanted. The oil guys didn't mind mentioning upgrades for oil and other fluids but completely failed to mention anything about options for the car wash portion. I go inside to ask the person at the register. Just a blank stare and no effort to help. If you're here for just one or the other I think the place can get the job done. If you're hear for the special. I'd recommend going to a place where the Oil Station and Car Wash are on the same page. Obviously they only care for their own jobs.

The pricing is very reasonable and the guys work hard and fast to get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I've never spent more than an hour here, and that was when the line was very long. Everyone that works here is pleasant. There is ample seating available both inside and outside. They also sell drinks and snacks inside if you need any while you wait. Today they helped me remove sap from my windows after I parked under a freshly trimmed tree (oops!) Calling this a "completed service" is misleading at best. What's worse is the attitude afterward. When I raised legitimate concerns, they dismissed everything, refused responsibility, and hid behind excuses instead of standing behind their work. If you care about quality, thoroughness, or basic professionalism, do not waste your money here. This is not detailing it's a quick wipe-down with no accountability. The wash is fun with lots of suds and foam. The extra polishers and cloth drying cycle gets the drying done better than just air blowers alone. Nice feature here. The vacuums work great and I love that they have the air pressure hoses for getting water out of the seams of the car. I do wish they had towels like some other places out of state. Seems like no one does that locally. Anyways always easy to get in and out here. Good for a quick wash.
