An older guy said " its coming thru now". It wasn't, they still had to vacuumed it out. I walked back again and the woman behind the register was outside and I asked her why my car had been parked off to the side and other cars who came after me were thru the wash and gone. She started speaking another language to the man who said my car was coming and they would not answer me as to why my car was pulled out and parked off to the side. I told her I was never coming back. When my car was finished, another man did speak to me an apologized that it took so long, but he also could not answer as to why my car was pulled out of line and parked. He just said that the van in front of me was very dirty. 47 minutes dirty? While others BEHIND me came thru? No offer for a free wash to make it right. Just " sorry". I work too hard for my money. Im never going back there. New mgmt is just as bad as the old one as far as Im concerned.
