Terrible. Absolutely terrible! Jeanie has no idea how to cut hair. Her "fade" was messy, and trimming on the top was inconsistent. Left a patch of buzzed hair in the back. She knew that she messed up in the back, and proceeded to say that I had a skin issue / disorder that may have resulted in this "patch" and redness... wtf?! When I asked to see the back, she positioned the mirror at an interesting angle so I wouldn't see the mess up! Weird experience. I do NOT recommend going here. read more

Took my 3 year old for a haircut and she was having a hard time sitting still (her second haircut in a salon) and the woman cutting her hair grew very impatient and almost refused to cut it. I understand that the tools are sharp but she was very rude and condescending. No compassion for a young family trying to get our daughter a quick haircut. Will not be returning. read more

This evening we stopped in at Pro Cuts as walk-in clients for a hair cut. Since this was our first time at this location we didn't know what to expect, but overall we were pleased. The staff member at the register seemed a bit concerned with her shutdown procedures, but as things wound down, she became very talkative and polite. On top of that, the hair stylist was extremely polite and great. She was personable and actually held a conversation with us which was nice. She made us feel welcome which was a plus. In the end, the stylist did a great job on our cuts and she was quick. She even went late for us past closing and didn't seem concerned with that fact. read more

I can only speak about one of the hair dresser's here. I've never encountered someone so egregiously rude in a hair salon. As soon as you walk inside, she works at the first chair in front of you. She ignores your hair requests and acts as if you don't exist. She treated an elderly couple atrociously to the point where I felt it was discrimination. Stay away and give your money to a place that treats their customers with respect. Went in as a blond came out as brunette. Bad experience from the minute I walked in the door. Receptionist didn't even look up to acknowledge my presence. Then told my to sit and wait for Kathy who did my root touchup. Sat in empty seat by door receptionist yelled "not there, over there" pointing to the chairs in the corner. When Kathy started putting bleach (?) on hair my scalp started burning. She offered to wash out but I was afraid I'd have multicolored hair. I endured the discomfort until she said time for washout. I got a haircut and then she began drying my hair . As soon as I said it looked dark she twirled the chair around so I could not see the mirror. I commented it was brown and she insisted it was blond. Then when I went to pay I was charged for the drying. It was not a styling - she did not use a curling iron or sny products in my hair. She just dried it. They did take the styling charge off. I will never return to this location. Unfortunately the beautician also works in Falmouth which is the location I usually frequent. read more

I called procuts earlier this summer to schedule a hair appointment to get my hair dyed. They confirmed it for the following day. I came in and the receptionist said they couldnt find my appointment but that I could go to the seating area so I assumed they were just going to figure it out and get back to me. A different employee literally comes up and screams at me that she doesnt know me. Which I awkwardly sat dumbfounded because I didnt understand why a hair stylist has to know their customer to do their hair. And since i didn't say anything she screams even louder "I DONT KNOOOOW YOUUUU" At that point I'm so embarrassed I leave to cry. Came back and asked the front desk what the hell that scene was. They said they didn't even notice. Absolutely crazy. They do my hair at this point basically out of guilt. The employee that screamed at me gives a stupid half apology saying they thought I was someone else and if my appointment was messed up it would've been their fault.... which totally makes sense to scream unprovoked at a potential customer right? Left about an hour later with hair dye over an inch past my hairline the entirety of my face. I told my friends about the experience and apparently they've had horrible times at this branch as well. I ended up with a fabulous haircut. This was my first time going to a place like this. I usually go to high end hair salons, but I have not done this since I moved to this town since I haven't had the time to find a regular stylist. After this visit, it has me questioning if I ever will bother finding a regular stylist. I had 4 inches chopped off and layers put back in and couldn't be happier...my hair isn't easy to deal with since it is very fine and a mixture of wavy, curly, and straight. Now I do realize I lucked out with who cut my hair. I'm not sure I would have the same result if I got one of the other employees there. But the place was super busy with a steady stream of people coming in and everyone's cuts looked good. read more

We came over from the island for the specific purpose of getting my girls' haircuts for the upcoming holidays. We had an appointment at a salon down the road, however, we stopped in at Olympia sports first. Our car died and needed to be jumped, we had to wait over an hour for AAA. We happened to be parked in front of Pro Cuts in Mashpee so I called our salon and cancelled and we walked into Pro Cuts. These ladies were accommodating, gracious, and so helpful. They really did an amazing job on my daughters' hair.. and this was a major cut for my 9 year old. I was so happy I decided to get my hair trimmed while waiting. I cannot even tell you how many compliments she has received. I hope the owner is reading this, your staff is great! We will be back!! read more
