During the treatment, the Dr advised what part is being treated. There is soothing music in the background & before treatment, I watched Netflix and enjoyed cold water. The only discomfort that I felt during treatment was at the hairline, jawline and above the upper lip, little waves of electricity. I had low to medium intensity. I noticed some improvement on the lines on my forehead, small scars on my nose, scars by the side of my eyes and enlarged pores by my nose. The deep scars on my cheeks will probably improve with a few more treatments. Let me tell you my process. A few weeks ago, I cancelled my consult w/ Laseraway after knowing that a dr would not be performing my treatment. I cancelled my first consult w/ them months ago because I chickened out. I looked for an alternative w/ a doctor near work and called. Same day, I was accommodated by Chilene, LVN for a consult with Angel. He explained the process and expectation to me well. That time, I scheduled my first treatment 2 weeks later. 1 treatment is reasonable at $500. 3 treatments is $1200.. I can upgrade for 2 additional discounted treatments after 7 days. I also got a 5 percent military discount. I recommend them since the doctor is in and in the house!

She has seen me with extremely short notice, has offered me advice during off-hours, and has been incredibly supportive of me and my family. She is a thoughtful physician and a caring person. Although dermatology is her specialty, she has a sound grasp on several areas of medicine and offers thoughtful referrals as necessary.
