I noticed that when it's almost time to close or it is closing time they get really messy and sloppy with their work. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're really on a budget and/or in dire need of a mediocre mani/pedi. I went on a Sunday afternoon with the intention of getting a mani and pedi. I didn't have to wait too long, considering all the employees were busy with their customers. About 10 minutes later, a lady told me to have a seat as I would be getting my pedicure done first. I told her I wanted a 3D acrylic flower added on. As she's looking at a picture I showed her, another employees walks by. They start talking to each other in their language and the second employee shakes her head, to which the one doing my pedi agrees with. So...what's with the shaking of head? You can't do it? She can't do it? What's going on? As the lady continues on with my pedi, she busts out some white ACRYLIC PAINT and proceeds to draw some flowers on saying something like, "Much easier". WTF?! You're not gonna ask me first?! K, whatevs... After she was done, she tells me to sit there for 5 minutes. Kim walks by and talks to her, pointing at me, saying something about "manicure". The lady looks at me and says, "Oh, you wanted a manicure, too?" and laughs. I politely said "yes" but was thinking "No shit! Isn't that what the sign in sheet is for? So you know what kind of service customers are looking to get?!" I sat at her station and for whatever reason, I decided on a full set instead of a regular mani. She and Kim start talking to each other very loudly now, in their language, as I'm just awkwardly sitting there. Finally, Kim tells me to sit at her station. I just wanted plain French tips with some hearts as an accent. I showed her a pic and was not pleasantly surprised. I later showed my husband who said it looked like globs of pink dots! LOL! About 4 days after getting them done, they started to lift. I'm not rough with my hands so I'm assuming it's the kind of job Kim did. Especially since the full set was done within 20-30 minutes. Bottom line, this isn't a very relaxing place, as previous Yelpers stated. They talked a lot amongst themselves, in their language, very loudly. Sometimes yelling at each from across the salon. The first time there was no wait, the second time it was an hour wait because I requested Mina and she was already with a customer (but I didn't mind, I wanted to do some shopping at The Gap.) I took my daughter here to get her nails done for her bday. A friend recommended that we go here and ask for tina. Unfortunately, Tina was busy so someone else did my daughters nails. I didn't get her name but really wish I did. She was very unprofessional. Her work was very messy to the point where the lady that did my nails had to take an extra 15 mins to fix it. Before we left my daughter gave her tip and she didn't even say thank you. She didn't even look up at my daughter. She just took her tip and put it in her pocket. The worse thing about our visit here was the fact that my daughters nails started falling off just 6 days later. This is my go to place to get my eye brows waxed. I always go to Tina because she nows how I like my eyebrows and she gives me great results every time she is finished. She takes her time doing my eyebrows and I love her for that. I haven't tried getting a manicure or a pedicure because I usually do them myself, but I would like to try it one day :) read more

Disappointed that this place NOW charges $5 for removing your nail polish. for a mani/pedi combo, it is listed as $40. But when I paid, they told me the additional $5 was for nail polish removal...it's not included in the pedi or mani. I was in dire need of a mani and a pedi; Professionail was in the area and I decided to try them out. When I first walked in, each employee was busy assisting someone. After 25 minutes, I finally got called on. I decided to do a gel manicure and pedicure. At the time, I enjoyed the massage and Janet took her time. I was there for about an hour and a half. For everything, I paid $75. After looking closely at my nails, I realized how sloppy they turned out. Next time, I'm definitely spending my money elsewhere! read more

This was my 2nd time here and had Mina both times. She is very gentle and did a great job on my pedi.

I've always gone to this nail salon only because it's so convenient from where I live. I am a returning customer, I have a preference to whom who does my nails and I've always request the same nail tech. She was one of my favorite because she does a really good job as far as nail polish application/ message and I've always been satisfied with her service. With that said, I've always tipped her well more than a server can make. But this time when I called to make an appt. with the same nail tech she rejected me and told me she was very busy and is not available the whole week blah.. blah... blah... and that someone else can do it. The ladies here are very nice. They are friendly and smile when they greet you. They give tips on how to care for your hands and feet in between visits to the salon. However, the massage chairs here are all worn and they barely feel like anything...Ok they feel like an annoying two year old tapping you for attention. The water spickets/jets are breaking down and the nail polish collection is very old and sticky. The ladies here chatter the entire time and sound terrible. Also when they massage your feet and like they barely touch your ---even in gloves. If anyone has a recommendation of a salon whose ladies have strong hands and use a razor callus remover please share. Thanks! read more

I've been here twice and had a pedi both times. Prices are decent, but I was really disappointed in the massage this last time. Especially with hot stones. The woman who did mine lightly rubbed them over my skin rather than massaging the hot stones into my calves and rubbing them along the sides of my shins. It was actually disappointing. It didn't seem like she was trained on using hot stones. My cousin said the same thing about hers. On the bright side, my toes look great. However, I personally go more for the massage and relaxation than for how my feet look and they missed the mark for me. read more

Janet was really nice. Really good job with my mani and pedi. But I really wanted her to massage a little bit harder. She asked what I wanted done and she fullfilled my request. My mother and I went in together. She got a pedicure, and I went in to fix a chipped acrylic nail. My mother is very happy with her pedicure from Kim. However, I am disappointed in how well Janet repainted my nails. The new polish looks very messy, and there are air bubbles. It looks as though an amature painted them. 0 Stars!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They are absolutely rude and don't know how to give you the correct change! First of all the girl that did my pedi didn't say a word to me the entire time she was doing my feet. The only time she looked at me was to try to sell me more services which I declined. When she was just about to end with my foot/leg massage she pulled off her gloves and splattered me from head to toe with lotion. Then laughed about it. When I was done and about to pay for my services there was definetely a language barrier because while I waited for my change she absolutely had no idea why I was standing there waiting on her. I had to then explain exactly how much change she needed to give me (which i did VERY politely). I was then rudely told to leave. Although on my way out there was a potential customer who witnessed the ending part of my experience and did the smart thing by saving her money and walked away stating that she can't believe what she just saw and would go someplace else to do her nails. Basically I won't be returning for ANY services this place provides. This place was a waste of money and the worst experince I've had at any nail salon. They're nothing but RUDE! read more

I've never gotten my nails done here before because of all the bad reviews but they do a good job with waxing. This is my go to place for waxing my face. It's $25 for eyebrows, lip, and chin which is a good deal. I like how they place the wax right away so it can grab the hairs better and it's not as painful. They take walk ins which is a good thing for me cuz I'm always on the go doing errands so I'm never too sure when I make it to an appointment. read more

This was my first time getting my nails done professionailly (no pun intended) and decided to come here because it was the closest to my house. I have to say customer service here is really good because I came about a few minutes before they were about to close and still took me in to do my nails. The shop is clean and tidy. The workers themselves were very nice and polite. The lady that did my nails, I believe her name was Candace was patient and meticulous while working on my nails. She listened and ask for my input on how I wanted it be and she delivered. She did a wonderful job and definitely recommend this nail salon. read more

I went here tonight for the first and last time. I usually go to nailtek in mililani, but last Friday I was turned away before closing time and over an hour later the doors were still open and customers were still being serviced. Extremely annoyed, I decided, for the amount of money I pay (I'm from GA where spa pedicures are no more than $18) I wanted to give my business to someone who appreciated it.....I remembered seeing this place and decided to try it. After being told it would be about 20 minutes and waiting (by the front door - not soaking in a pedi-chair) I was finally seen after almost twice the time. The quality of the pedicure left a lot to be desired, the "massage" was no where close...I specifically requested that my nails be cut short and they are almost as long as when I went in....my polish has tiny bubbles in it and the whole pedicure was less than my wait time. I agree with everyone, they talk very loudly in their language the whole time and it seems as if it's about the customers. Then, the icing on the very bad cake, a girl that put her name on the list while I was waiting, who left and came back at 25minutes until closing, came back and was told by one of the techs it was too late!!! That is the same reason I was there!!! Another lady completely disagreed (I guess, she was going off in their language) but her actions were saying, if there are customers we are open. This will be the last time I will be coming here. I only have gone to this location because it is very close to where I live, but I will usually go out of my way to leave the area and find another salon because I am really not impressed with this place. I came on a Saturday which I thought would be busy but it wasn't too bad, only a few people in there. I came in for a pedi only and assumed they could take me right away. The lady asked me what I wanted but then didn't give me any other instruction, so I just went and picked a color myself without being told. SUPER professional. No one showed me to a seat until I just started walking around and finally someone pointed me in the right direction. I was not asked if I wanted an upgrade in pedicure or any other special treatment and she just got started. She really rushed at cutting and when it came to the pumice she just kind of softly tried to do it a few times and then seemed to get bored. The "massage" was just a couple times up and down on my legs with no pressure. Definitely not worth the money. The ENTIRE time I was there, which was about 45 minutes, the nail techs were SCREAMING, I mean SCREAMING, laughing, hooting, and hollering in their native language. I got to the point where I just wanted to get up and walk out!! It was so annoying and not relaxing at all. I don't mind talking a little but this was completely out of control. They were actually yelling to each other from other rooms. It was beyond. Also, I was in kind of a hurry, and my nail tech would actually STOP what she was doing and join the conversation. Totally unprofessional and I didn't come to hear you talk. That mixed with the three children waiting for their mothers all playing loud games on their tablets and screaming was just too much. I understand that you have to bring your children I am sure I would too, but it is just considerate to bring a quiet game or book for them in a spa like setting. Went to this prof nails twice, nice but crowded..the only thing there is, they talk to their own language so loud and it's very inappropriate and unfair to the costumers who can't understand ....that's a rude thing to do;( ..you don't know if they're talking about you or someone else ...yea it's a freedom of speech but, it's lacking of ethics!! I was a walk in and they took such GOOD care of me. The woman did an excellent on my pedi and it looks so beautiful, I went for a shimmery red. The woman that did my manicure was kind and patient and made sure I was happy with my sunflower design. It looked like a pretty delicate sunflower.
