Wow, a grand opening and I'm so happy to have come! Amy and Ana are so attentive and so sweet. To be honest, everyone is so friendly here! You know, some nail salons make you feel unwelcome or you just get a little anxious when another language is spoken in front of you, but not here! A lot of fluent or close to fluent English speakers, but even the aunties that don't make you feel so comfy and welcome. I'm happy with my visit and will definitely return. My other half and I used to come all the time & never had complaints. We haven't gone in a while since we've been so busy lately. Anywho, 2 days before I'm due to leave the island for a 2 week vacation we decided to get pedicures and I'll would also get a manicure as walk-ins. It was great that the employees that did my nails have done mines in the past but idk what went wrong!? Maybe new product or something, but this has never happen. During my pedi she goes a little too hard and cuts/burns me on my big toe which is healing so no picture attached and it's my fault for not saying anything about this. Gel lasts longer than a week and I've been told by them "gel better it lasts longer". And it's been a week and a day (now 2 since I'm only now able to write this review) since I got them done and all the pictures are what they look like now and I've started to noticed them looking funky earlier in the week. read more

Lee a very careful and concern person that makes sure the customer satisfies with a color or a design before he proceeds. He helped with my daughter's nails. I like how the gel mani/pedi came out. I got a small cut on my thumb while she was cleaning my cuticles before putting gel. Its tiny, but those tiny cuts on your fingers hurt the most I asked for the ProfessioNAIL mani/pedi, I've came in once before to have it done, but the services you get were inconsistent. This time I got a calf/foot massage, hot stone and hot wax after the gel pedi. Did not have that last time. This experience has been better than the first, but the cut on my thumb is annoying. read more

I was hesitant to try this place due to negative reviews and pictures of sloppy work, but we were in Pearl Highlands and the nearby salons were booked. So we called and they had no problem accommodating us last minute. In fact, there were a few technicians available on a Sunday at lunch time. The salon was clean and no issues, as expected. Not wow boutique chandelier salon which means pricey services. The massage chairs were new and my male nail tech gave my legs a strong massage. My nails also turned out great, no complaints. My husband got a pedicure next to me and added on paraffin wax which he loves getting and he said his feet feel really soft now. read more

All the staff are professional and friendly. TK is the absolute best. His attention to detail and his clients is unmatched. I reached out to Professionails via Yelp for a consultation and Shan got back to me very quickly. She was very kind and helpful and answered all my questions I had when deciding what service to get. They were able to accommodate me on short notice and I was able to get an appointment with them they very next day. Plenty of parking since it's at Waikele Shopping Center. I heard they recently renovated so they're running a 10% off deal until the end of March 2024. The salon itself is very clean, well lit, and calming. My nail technician, TK, was excellent! He did a great job making sure I was comfortable and did an even better job with the nails I wanted. Everyone in the salon was extremely kind and, even when I was checking out, they remembered my name. Highly recommend going to get your nails done here! I know I'll be back for sure read more

If I could have given zero stars I would have. They get the one star because I didn't have to wait. I went in for a mani/pedi with builder gel. One girl did my feet while a random dude came over and started filing down my previous builder gel. I showed a pic of what I wanted and the dude filed off all the length without asking, I had a really nice almond shape and he left me with SUPER THICK nubs! When I say they were thick...they were THICC! The pic was very basic and he couldn't even do it. I tried to correct him a few times but he just looked at me like I was stupid, so I gave up. Also, no manicure...he couldn't have even bothered to trim my cuticles. And the cherry on top...I now have a fungus on like 7 nails! I've worn acrylics for nearly 20 years straight and NEVER have I ever had a fungus until I go to this place! And I cost me over $150 Save yourself the headache (and cash) and stear clear! My go to for quick nail services. Staff is always nice and accommodating and clean environment. I always call in first if it's busy because they always are. If there is a wait when doing a walk in, FYI there's not that much chairs in the waiting area maybe just 3 seats. This review is based on my first and probably last visit here. Parking: located at Waikele so there's ample parking Deluxe Pedicure with gel: - $62 - I can't review the massage much because I asked the lady to go a little harder but she said "Sorry, we busy, my hand tired." It felt like she was just applying the products to my legs and feet. I understand that it gets busy but I hope they get to take breaks when they need to. It's not her fault that it's hectic but if you're that tired, you should be able to take a break, you know? At least that way every customer can get good service - I asked her for square-shaped and I got it - I still have some polish on my skin which will come off eventually but I never had that happen before - my right big toe has the glossy top coat but she completely missed my left big toe... so I have one glossy big toe and one matte big toe - to clean up the polish on my toes she used a nail file and scraped the skin near the cuticle area which was uncomfortable All in all - the prices seem good but I've had better service for the same price elsewhere. I have friends that go to certain ladies here, so I guess it really depends on who you go to. read more

Loved my nails! I had crushed my nail bed and got a full set to try and conceal the healing process. Amy (beautiful lady) went to work on my nails. She was very gentle and efficient. Amy made sure to check in on me after every step. She did her best using pink acrylic powder. These nails are perfect for any look. We got seated pretty quickly for a Saturday and only waited on a tech for a max of 5mins. The other nail techs are very talented as well. My sister and niece came with me (9yo/8yo).
