After speaking to 5 different companies, all with price points ranging from $80-$160 I decided to go with Coast 2 Coast Steam Cleaning. I specifically spoke with Roland and he gave me some details in regards to the cleaning process and type of equipment needed. He gave me an estimate for the cost of cleaning the couch and explained why it was that pricing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly so I decided to give his company a try. I initially scheduled an appointment for tomorrow but later asked if there was any way he could come today. I didn't want the pet urine to settle into the cushion of the couch and wanted to get it done right away. Roland was extremely accommodating and came a couple of hours later.
