We've taken our Mini Schnauzer here 4-5 times. They always do a good job. He comes back looking so clean. The parts of him that are white are so white! Place is very small and looks like a dirty shelter. It was hot and i brought my dog for a hair cut.This will be the first and last time I bring my dog.The staff was hesitant in cutting my dogs hair because they said they had a lot of dogs but I only saw a couple. They finally agreed only to receive a phone call 15 min after stating my dog had bit a groomer and I needed to make an appt for my dog. I picked up my dog but never saw the groomer or his injury. My 8 lb. dog was extremely scarred he was curled up in the corner of a cage. Was so afraid he had popped himself. Never seen my dog so afraid. Only reason why I brought mu dog on the first place was because I was going out of town the next day and he seemed extremely uncomfortable and hot with his long hair. I was not familiar with that area and drove by this shop and decided to stop, big mistake! read more

As a last minute resort I ended up at this place. I needed an appointment and my regular place, so I was desperate. Any ways I brought in my husky, granted I came in as a walk in so it took a few hours... this place did a very poor job. They bathed my dog but didn't brush him out, they put him in a kennel and just air blew him to dry and air blew him to remove the loose hair. What the hell!? I was so upset!! Over charged for a poor job, $55...don't bring your pets here. Not only that but this place looks like a pound, the next day my dog was shaking, turns out he's nervous?? This place clearly traumatized him. Took him a few days go get over that bad experience, now he has fleas too! That's the fucking cherry on top, they also removed his brand new flea collar and kept it. I didn't notice until I got home, I was so distracted that he wasn't brushed that I completely didn't notice his collar. NEVER AGAIN, first and last time customer! I appreciate the follow up call, after you noticed my review. I didn't answer or return your call because I'm not interested coming back to your establishment. My fur-babies were invited back to get the proper service (what we originally requested) and they look and smell great! Save your pet! Do not use this place. groomers consistency does not exisit with this groomer. First of all 36hours ago I took my grandmothers cat here and here we are the cat has been acting wacked since. Thought it was stress from being groom but intact she was drugged by this place. Then we notice dried blood on her belly, turn out they shaved her nipples off WHO the hell does that? Friday we get the call "hey we are closing early please come get your cat." What hmm its 2:00pm and your closing early??? Well now we know its cause they screwed the kitty on this one. When we arrived they were hurrying us out the door cat packed and ready with their hand out for payment! I will be calling the BBB and health dept on these guys grannys cat so doped out of her head! BE CAREFUL! My family takes their dogs here to get groomed and it looks like they do a good job so I took my small dog there to get her nails clipped. They put a muzzle on her because I was scared she would bite them. Everything was fine, although they left her nails a little long I didn't think much of it and we left. Later that day she started scratching her nose and face constantly. The following days got worse and her snout was red, swollen and her hair looked like it was falling off from fer nose area only. Also, her nose skin was peeling, her eyes we red, and she would not stop scratching her face. I bathe her with oatmeal and did everything I could at home but eventually took her to the vet. The vet said she picked up something on her face and had was beginning to spread to her belly from her licking herself. I told her we hadn't gone anywhere and we have other dogs at home and she was the only one this way. Basically we narrowed it down to the muzzle. the infected area was only on her snout and eyes. We literally did not take the dogs anywhere after our visit here. So thanks guys! you cost me about $200 and a very sick pup. read more

I took my dog there to get all the services done, which in fact took 6 hours to call me for pick up. Also, they ruined his haircut and it seems like they didn't even use shampoo on him or any fragrance because my pet smells the same way as when I dropped him off. The last time I took my 3 dogs into 'Professional Groom Room' the guys were or seemed high as a kite (red eyes and all) mind you they didn't even remember the prices they had given me over the phone charged me way more then they had the first 2x's. Dogs didn't smell like they had been washed just cut when we asked them about it they were rude about it. I was very disappointed since the first 2x's they were decent. If you love your pet as much as I do don't even bother trying this place out! read more

I drive about 40 minutes each way because they do a really nice job on my poodle. He gets a lamb cut and is happy to go there. We took him to Professional Groomers in Mission Hills for years, then the owner passed away and we lost track of them when they moved. I have taken him to many groomers since, but was so pleased to find them again. The work was unpredictable from groomers in our area, sometimes good and sometimes not. The location and interior are not upscale (to put it mildly), but the work is good and they do a beautiful job on my dog. He is not upset to go there and that is worth a lot. We have been going there regularly again for the last year or two even though the drive is ridiculous. read more

This place is good but not great. I took my chi here for a simple nail trim and got that exactly. What I mean by that is they charge $10 but for that amount I can go to pet supreme and get her nails trimmed and filed, plus they put a cute bow and fragrance too. I have been to this location twice now, my dogs haircut was just ok both times, I'm not sure if it's a growth pattern or not because the dog is a rescue I haven't had her long enough to determine that! Staff is always friendly enough never really happy! I'm pretty sure only the guys cutting the dogs hair are happy to be there! The guy at the register seems to just be over it! I have to say the first time the dogs services for a wash, and trim were $60.00 this time it was 80.00 and it is about 90 degrees in there and my dog was so thirsty when I picked her up!
