Love this spot! I came here with a girl friend an hour before closing and they were so kind and accommodating!! I got an acrylic full set and she got dip, they did such a clean and detailed job we will for sure come back. The owner was so sweet and overheard us talking about my birthday and gave us both lotion and cuticle oil as a gift- so sweet!!

Unfortunately I had a pedicure here recently and they cut me pretty bad and did not address it, I wish I would have said something in the moment but didn't realize how bad it was until I got home, I also felt this pedicure was rushed and the nail tech was a little rough I did have a positive experience here prior with a different nail tech but felt it was worth sharing my most recent experience so they can hopefully improve.

I love coming here to get my nails done. The staff is so nice and accommodating and they always do a great job!

Do not get hard gel here!! These are my nails less than a day after getting them done. Quality is awful, my nails have a bubble/disfigured shape, super sloppy and thick, and yellowing. Cuticles completely neglected and paid over $60. Giving them 3 stars because the pedicure was good.

Quick and friendly service. Everyone is patient and kind. I love my nails. Highly recommend!

Tina did an amazing job on my daughter's nails for her bday They are super friendly and took there time. Prices are about the same as other places but totally worth it... you get snacks and drinks while your there. Thank you guys for takingsuchgood care of us while we were there.

This salon made us feel comfortable and didn't have to wait too long on a Sunday mid day. Lynn took great care of my pedicure. She was a good vibe and very attentive!

I get that a matching mother daughter mani is not the most exciting but the salon was empty when we arrived. My kid's nail art was also questionable but ok she's 5 maybe she moved or whatever. There's no excuse for the weird streaky flowers on my nails. They asked me to pay when they were done with hers but hadn't started mine and I couldn't even see hers, so I tipped 20%, but wish I hadn't. I'm visiting from out of town and maybe we just have higher standards in Vegas but this salon is NOT it.

I've been trying to find a good nail place and I think I found it! They do an amazing job and everyone is so nice. They do such a thorough job when do my manicure and pedicure. I have been a long time client for almost 1.5-2 years. I usually get an acrylic fill with a gel coat, sometimes I'll get a pedicure, sometimes I'll get fun designs on my nails depending on the holiday. The technicians are so nice and attentive, and not just to me, but to all of their customers. I work with Tina the most and her technique is incredible. I just moved recently and so I've been causing a lot of damage to my nails. I have broken a couple of nails over the past month and they will see me right away and fix it, without charge. Today I brought my 3.5 year old daughter in and they painted her nails, too at no charge while they fixed my nail. They are so good with kids, they also have a small pink pedicure salon chair for the little girls. Their prices are so reasonable. I spend about $65 plus tip for a fill, gel, and color change for my toes every 3 weeks. I would readily recommend this place to everyone. read more

I've been coming here for... I don't know, around 10 years. These ladies always get the job done, and they get it done well. The nail artists here take pride in their work and are up for whatever challenge I throw at them. Last time, it was neon yellow almond shaped nails with smilies (I wish I took a pic). Today, it was a more "subdued" light pink ombré acrylic (pictured below). No matter what I dream up, the staff here is happy to help. I highly recommend both Tina and Hanna. read more

I have been going to this salon for about a year now for both pedicures and manicures. I see Jan for both and she is awesome! Upon reading other reviews I saw there was a dissatisfaction with having to wait. If you don't take the time to call and make an appointment, you should not be upset there is a wait. They in no way ignore you and they make sure you are set up with the gel books to look at and get you a refreshment. I highly recommend this salon and Jan, but I can't stress enough you should call ahead and make an appointment. They are worth it! read more

I started coming here because I've been coming to the new owner for over a year. She is incredibly talented and good at what she does. Every set she does for me is unique and beautiful. The pedicures here are great and you can get a neck and shoulder massage. The staff is all very friendly and professional like the sign says. I have been coming to Hanna for my nails for quite some time so when she recently purchased Professional Nails I followed her. She has upgraded the salon with luxurious pedicure chairs, nail stations and a very friendly, talented staff. Hanna is extremely knowledgeable and talented, my nails are always on point (you can see her work on IG @hannakieu4 ). I have had several pedicures with different staff and they were all fantastic but if you love a firm leg massage ask for Bee, you won't be disappointed! read more

Heidy and Lynn are soooo good! I almost didn't want to leave this review because I don't ever want them to be too booked to take me! For context, in the past at other salons I've almost always ended up with broken or chipped acrylics, but at THIS salon Lynn has done AMAZING job at making sure my nails are perfect and last until the next appointment. And Heidy even helped me fix a cracked toenail without me even asking. I love them! And, the salon itself is super clean and relaxing. Just an all around good place. read more

The lady who did my pedicure was nice but the girls seemed super upset because the design I had was too big. I could see it wasn't going to turn out good so I asked if they could just do dinosaur footprints instead. When she was done she looked at me and said, "This is difficult, it's not easy!" and there were four ladies around me giving me dirty looks. I kept trying to say it's fine just put black and move on and they kept trying. I was super uncomfortable. The other dino looks great though, i've been there before and I loved Hannah. Even through the Covid shutdown when they were secretly operating, so we all could keep them afloat. Unfortunately, due to my experience yesterday, I am taking my business elsewhere. I have been bringing my granddaughter with me for manicures. She had an appt yesterday at 3:30pm, as was mine. They made her wait 30 minutes passed her appt (she's 10) and the technician got up about every 5 minutes to answer the phone, make appts, and take payments at the front desk. I felt like they thought this was okay, because she's a child. The money being paid for services is just as good as the adults. I have taken her multiple times and she gets a little design like a few dots, or flower. They charge $30, plus I tip 20%. It usually takes them about 20 minutes. This time at the end they charged me $40 and when I asked the manager he told me each tech charges differently. In the entire 11 years I have NEVER been charged differently by each tech. It's like a bait and switch. I conveyed my frustration with the male manager and he did not care a bit. I have referred them SO many customers over the years. To neighbors and through referrals on our city social page. This experience was very frustrating! To NA... I love you girl. You have always given me the best pedicures. I'll always wish you and your sweet babies well. I'm sorry your management did not have my back, as I have had theirs over the years. However, I have to move on to a new salon that values their loyal customers and their salon experience.

I paid $85 for the Deluxe Mani/Pedi combo. The full service itself was completed, but when the polish was applied, the nails looked uneven and streaky. I originally asked for black toenails and nude nails. After I pointed out the issue, another color was tried, but it ended up looking almost white. At that point, I felt uncomfortable continuing to ask for corrections and finally just said it was fine and that I didn't need color. Most of the polish was removed, cuticle oil was applied, and I was checked out. With tip included, I spent $100 total and left without nails I can realistically wear to an important work meeting this week. I now have to pay again tonight to have them redone elsewhere. I truly don't like leaving negative reviews, especially because the staff has always been pleasant, but for the price paid, I expected a much better final result.

I've never had a manicure parlor; instead, I would simply visit any available salon to get my nails done. They were all okay, too. Frequently, I experienced a sense of urgency and inattention, which made me fearful of being picked on. However, having been here, I now know how it ought to feel. They pay much more attention, the environment is calm, serene, and soothing, they work really well, you feel pampered, and the prices are reasonable. read more

I have been going to Professional Nails for 15 years. Jan is absolutely the best manicurist. Jan's skills reach much farther than just nails, she also gives the best massages. Jan is the only professional that does my nails exactly as I want (I'm fussy.) The salon is under new management too which appears to be positive for all. i stopped in the other day for a manicure.....my goodness, this is why I usually go to a real day spa for services... The girl cut my cuticles so badly and as for the polish- eekkk!! My dog could paint better with her tail!! I will never go back again and would advise all you women to pay extra and go to a real salon. read more
