I called to see how long the wait was and they said to come on in. I was greeted warmly and was led to my seat immediately. The technician was able to match it perfectly to my set and the whole process was less than 10 minutes from start to finish. And only $5! That deserved a 100% tip! Well, I'm very happy to have made the pit stop because my boyfriend is now my fiance and I couldn't be more thrilled!

Even through the Covid shutdown when they were secretly operating, so we all could keep them afloat. Unfortunately, due to my experience yesterday, I am taking my business elsewhere. I have been bringing my granddaughter with me for manicures. She had an appt yesterday at 3:30pm, as was mine. They made her wait 30 minutes passed her appt (she's 10) and the technician got up about every 5 minutes to answer the phone, make appts, and take payments at the front desk. I felt like they thought this was okay, because she's a child. The money being paid for services is just as good as the adults. I have taken her multiple times and she gets a little design like a few dots, or flower. They charge $30, plus I tip 20%. It usually takes them about 20 minutes. This time at the end they charged me $40 and when I asked the manager he told me each tech charges differently. In the entire 11 years I have NEVER been charged differently by each tech. It's like a bait and switch. I conveyed my frustration with the male manager and he did not care a bit. I have referred them SO many customers over the years. To neighbors and through referrals on our city social page. This experience was very frustrating! To NA... I love you girl. You have always given me the best pedicures. I'll always wish you and your sweet babies well. I'm sorry your management did not have my back, as I have had theirs over the years. However, I have to move on to a new salon that values their loyal customers and their salon experience.

I am always so happy with their work and they truly do an incredible job at making sure their service is the BEST it can be. I go to Tina for gel, Tammy for builder, and Lisa for my pedicures! I care so much about nail salon cleanliness and hygiene so the fact that all their equipment they use on you comes out of a sterilized bag means so much. I paid $85 for the Deluxe Mani/Pedi combo. The full service itself was completed, but when the polish was applied, the nails looked uneven and streaky. I originally asked for black toenails and nude nails. After I pointed out the issue, another color was tried, but it ended up looking almost white. At that point, I felt uncomfortable continuing to ask for corrections and finally just said it was fine and that I didn't need color. Most of the polish was removed, cuticle oil was applied, and I was checked out. With tip included, I spent $100 total and left without nails I can realistically wear to an important work meeting this week. I now have to pay again tonight to have them redone elsewhere. I truly don't like leaving negative reviews, especially because the staff has always been pleasant, but for the price paid, I expected a much better final result.
