Michael came out to give me an estimate on Sept 11 for bee removal, and rodent control, he said I can come out on Saturday the 14th, so i gave them the ok and signed their contract on Thursday the 12th. The office never called to confirm the appt on Thursday or Friday, so Saturday comes, no one shows up, I call his cell, he blames it on the office and even though he never followed up, also says I quoted it wrong it should cost more but my manager says we'll work it out and honor the price (very suspect). gave them another chance and said fine have them confirm and call me Monday, of course no one calls. Even when I changed my credit card and forgot to notify them, they didn't track me down. They just waited for the next billing cycle months later. As far as pests, it definitely worked. We moved into a new construction but it had so many spiders and "water bugs" that looked like cockroaches. I'm not scared to find spiders. The issue I had was that I found termite droppings when replacing siding on my Casita. Out of curiosity, I opened up the walls in the Casita to check for damage. After finding some damage, I called pest control companies to assess the problem. I had several companies come out to assess, all but Andy from professional pest management seem to be annoyed that I already sprayed the termites with what chemicals I found at Home Depot. Andy took the time to explain the issues I was having and provided guidance on what should be done. I was thinking that Casita needed to be tented, but in his professional opinion, he thought spraying the area and treating the attic would not only be a better value, but would do just as good as a job. I went with his plan and they sent out Marco's to do the work. Just like Andy Marcos was very cordial and was quick to explain everything that he's doing and why it was being done. I could not have been happier with the service that I received from this company. If I ever have issues again, I will definitely use them in the future. read more

This is the second time I have used Professional Pest Management. The first time I had some pesky unwanted rodents that Mark greatly took care of. If you are looking fir that type of service I highly recommend them because some other companies claim they can do it but you will be paying an arm and a leg and services you don't need. It has been about over two years now and Mark was a bug help. So I needed a termite inspection for VA refinance and needed to have a completed inspection ASAP. They were able to get me a quick appointment at a last minutes notice. John arrived today and made the inspection an easy process. Will definitely use them again if needed. read more

I paid $175 for a one time service to treat my home for spiders, ants, and typical home pests. I noticed ants a couple of days later inside the house. I thought they were just dying off. Two weeks later there are more ants. The company says they do not guarantee their work on a one time spray. Just a heads up for anyone that needs a one time spray. They charge top dollar for subpar work. Just called another pest company Bullseye Pest Control, charges $20 more but guarantees the work for 30 days. That's much more reasonable, some accountability is nice. read more

I can't begin to express how disappointed I am in this company. You sign a contract to be billed quarterly. That doesn't mean you will be billed quarterly though (even if your card is on file). If they forget, they will charge you whenever they feel like it. I had a quarterly payment withdraw on July 30th, and then again on August 5th. So much for every 3 months like detailed in the contract. Had a termite project done on August 5th. Was it billed on August 5th? No. When I asked about the payments, they said they forgot and would apply payment. Never happened until 6 months later. If you book with them, watch your account like a hawk. read more

The job they do is great. However, their follow up and customer service is lacking. The initial inspection was fine. The technician called to let us know he had a cancellation and was able to come in earlier than scheduled, he was courteous. He also sent us the report and estimation. So, we went ahead to have cleaning and exclusions done for our house and was scheduled for 8am to 10am. On the day of, it was nearing 10am, so called to see if we're still scheduled for the work. The lady told us we were scheduled for 9am to 10am. She calls the technician to find out he was in a different location and won't be able to make it until at least noon. Somewhere in the scheduling went wrong. So I was like fine, and had them come at noon. The 2 technicians are nice and they do their jobs. Then 1 of the technician comes inside the house to set up traps. Apparently, there is a weekly follow up for up to 3 weeks included as part of the exclusion work, but I had no idea because it was never explained to me. Then they left without saying anything about setting up another appointment for the follow up. So called a week later. They sent another technician to check out the traps. Everything looked good. Then we mentioned to that guy how we never got a follow up appointment for the 3 week follow up. He said he'll go back to the office and have someone contact us to set one up for the following week. It's been over 2 weeks and no one has contacted us yet. The technicians are nice and they do a good job, but I think the follow up and customer service is a little lacking, hence the 2 stars. I was thinking about recommending them to friends and family, but unfortunately I changed my mind. read more

I contacted professional pest management for my investment property after my tenants noticed evidence of termites. After the initial visit the inspector determined the house had to be tented for fumigation. I appreciated that they were able to work within my tenant's tight schedule. In regards to the work that was done, as far as I know, everything went fine. The reason for my 4 star review is that I was shocked at how little communication I was given during the tenting period. This is for an investment property so I am not local to check if the tent is on/off the house. I have worked with several vendors of other trades and most will give text or call updates, "We are 15 minutes away!", "The work has been completed, here is a photo", etc, but I didn't get any of that from them. The exterminator called me a day prior to fumigation to tell me vague arrival time and that was it. The day of, I had no idea if they arrived or if there was any issues and after texting the exterminator, he just gave me simple "yes" (the tent is on the house) and "no" (he didn't take any photos of the tent on the house) answers. I had to have my tenant go back to the house to make sure there was a tent on it. On the day it was taken off, again, I had no idea because there was no communication. Overall, I'm sure if you are reading this review and you are local, everything would be fine because you would be meeting the exterminators in person as they put on and take the tent off. But as someone who is not local, better communication would have been appreciated. read more

Called and got a quote for the job for fumigating our home before selling it down the line. They were competitively priced. The price included our home and a very large she-shed structure next to it that also had termites in the floor joists and siding (metal framing with electrical). We decided to go with them them only because they were the only company that seemed to have openings on the calendar to do the job. A time and date was scheduled and we had to call three times that day to find out where they were. Big mistake! They turned out to be the worst company ever! They showed up 1hr and 40 minutes to almost 2 hrs late after we called them several times to find out where they were and left us standing around waiting. When I said told them how late they were the guy had an attitude problem. Then he refused to tent the second additional small structure on the property as agreed to in the contract because there was PVC pipe laying on the ground behind it and a metal trailer hitch cargo rack laying against it. Both of which could have just been covered over by the tenting. We were still charged the quoted price (several hundred dollars more). They tracked mud into our home which now we will have to have the carpets cleaned on top of it. After more than a week someone came out to see why it wasn't done. The guy couldn't believe the reason and shook his head and was supposed to arranged to have the structure tented. In the end they refused to tent it and only sprayed the exterior and flour places drill into the flooring, with promises to regent the shed when we finally sell in the next few years. We were only given $100 off the price and still have not received a written promise to return to do the work. Avoid them at all costs! read more

I called Professional Pest Management because my husband found a rodent in our garage. I was horrified since we just moved into a brand new home and just could not believe we are already finding a rodent. We thought it ran out but the next morning our weather strip on our garage looked like the rodent ate his way back in or out. Chaz came by and check the whole house (including the attic) for us and ensured us that there weren't any signs of a rodent in our home anymore. He checked all the little areas a rodent would normally gain access too and didn't see anything concerning at all. Chaz is very professional and knows what he's talking about.
