First time customer. They said they will arrive between 3-5:00pm 5:00 hits and no contact, I figure they ghosted me. Tech calls me @6 and says he will be there @6:30. An hour and a half past the window time. Tech tells me he had an apartment complex to do and it took him longer than expected. I guess it didn't occur to him to call me earlier and let me know what was going on. I wasn't home and told him don't bother. Great service! Great prices. Called several other places and was quoted unresonable and bogus amount for the same service. I called Professional Pest Management and received a very good price for wasp nest removal. We are usually able to do this on our own, husband and I, but this time they built their nest at the peak of the roof where we can't get to. Awesome service! Reached out to Paul through Yelp last week requesting a quote to remove about 6 wasp nests. He got back to me almost immediately and quoted me $75. What a great price, I thought it was a typo. George (sorry if the spelling is wrong) came by today and removed all the nests in less than 30 minutes. He was quick, courteous and thorough. I set up an appointment for them to come out on a Saturday because I have an in home childcare. The person I spoke to on the phone was great! He was very polite and professional. I was so excited to have the ant problem solved. They said they'd be there between 11 & 2, which cut my day in half...at 2:30 I called to see where they were and got an answering machine asking me to call normal business hours Monday-Friday. I left a message...never got a call that they were running late or weren't going to show...never got a call back the following Monday. Unacceptable.
