I found Joselyne very helpful, friendly and well trained. The sugaring treatment was easy to tolerate and the results were amazing. I felt fresh and clean with no bumps or inflammation. I would highly recommend this treatment and location for anyone looking for hair removal. My only complaint is the lack of signage and direction. I think they take in walk ins without actually looking at their schedule. Quality will very much depend on your tech. I've had dip manicures last 4 weeks with no chips, or they've lasted less than 2 weeks & have pulled up/cracked on multiple nails. The main issue I experienced today. The manager told one of her new techs to charge me $10 extra for my service, due to my shape and length. When I asked her for clarification, she was incredibly rude and made it seem like it was my fault that I didn't know of this. I explained to her that in my year of coming here I've never been charged extra for my length or my shape. She tried to gaslight me by saying my nails were never this long because I probably wasn't getting dip before, which is true, but I've had this length of nails now for over six months?!? The tech, Shirley or Shelly, (I can't remember) was incredibly apologetic, offered me a $5 discount and did a fantastic job on my nails. The issue I have is with the manager.
