But dog friendly. Quality/Quantity - I had a hard time with the website making my appointment, it's a user issue as I am just not tech savvy. So I called and someone actually answered the phone and made my appointment for me, THANK you! We arrived 15 mins early, so we hung out in the lobby reading all the history, etc. Then Skip took us to the best view overlooking the vineyard for our tasting; see pictures! We sampled almost ALL the reds! All of which were good. See pictures. I like the fact that we did side by side tastings of many of his wines. My favorites were the 2022 Primitivo and 2021 Malbec, which we bought a few bottles of. Ambiance - Secluded private winery. Close to main Downtown Napa, but far enough away for privacy and a feeling of being far away. Appointment only, so very private and customer focused. Typically no more than 3 parties at a time. Today was considered a very busy day as there were 4 parties including us, lol. Gated private estate. 200 acres. Plenty of parking, especially since hosting only 3 guests at a time. Events - See their website. Well behaved dogs are allowed outdoors. Service - Skip is a history buff and we both talked for hours... After leaving, well really the next day (LOL), I realized that our tasting was supposed to be only 60 minutes. I guess because we got along so well, we stayed until closing! And he gave me a glass with a generous splash and let us walk the property alone after they left! So welcoming and trusting. Price - Depends on which tasting and what you buy; see their website for prices. Tastings range from $50 to $100 per person. One free designated driver allowed. Tasting fees waived with wine equivalent purchases. Hike tours $75 per person ($60 for club members). See their website for more information. Owner Comment - Congrats on your family's success since 1939 and congrats to this winery's success since 1992.

She presented us with the history of the winery and detailed information on the wines on our tasting menu. The winery and grounds are fantastic. We we so impressed with the wines, my wife and I became wine club members. I highly recommend making a reservation to visit Hendry if you are wine tasting in Sonoma/Napa

A little pricey to sample two wines, but it is very beautiful here with amazing architecture and design. Unfortunately, you're not able to just have a (1) glass of wine, you need to do the $80 two glasses and a charcuterie board if you want to taste here. We did not end up having our wine tasting experience here, but we were able to walk around, and it was beautiful. Also heard their paella gift set is amazing and that they have paella experiences here too! It was beautiful, but not full, so chances of being able to walk in, is probably high. + $80 for two glasses and a charcuterie board + Need to do the two glasses, cannot get one. + Beautiful scenery + Beautiful decor + Cute walk + Accessible for all with an elevator

The property and tasting room are both gorgeous, with sleek, modern design and breathtaking scenery. You get a panoramic view of the valley and surrounding vineyards, which makes every visit feel extra special. There is free parking, which is a great bonus. You do need a reservation for wine tastings, but you can still walk the property and take in the views without one. They have lite bites for sale. Even if you're just stopping by to explore, the scenery alone makes it well worth the visit.

As a happy member, I…read morecan say all of their offerings are excellent--but it's their beer that I treasure most. Brewed with a focus on maltiness rather than heavy hoppiness, each sip is deeply satisfying. Typically, two beers are on tap, with additional selections available in 750ml bottles. For most of the year, the tasting room is set in a beautiful garden across the street from the production facility, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Whether you prefer beer or wine, you can enjoy it by the glass or as part of a tasting flight. (They also offer a menu of zero proof drinks.) A fun fact: the woman owner is also both brewmaster and winemaker! The setting, the libations, and the delicious house-made snacking menu bring me joy every time and serve as a reminder of how special life in Napa truly is.
