Tina is absolutely amazing! I have been coming to this shop for a few years. Before that, I was struggling to find a place with good service, and great product. This is your place. I don't like to post negative reviews, but I feel that this one is warranted. I went in for a shellack manicure this afternoon and was promptly seated with Yao (spelling?). He seemed to rush through my manicure, filed my nails super thin, and did not allow my nails to cure long enough in the special light. Tonight, while making dinner, my polish just slid off my nail. I've never EVER had a shellack manicure come off the same day. I'm not pleased and most likely won't return. read more

FOREVER LOYAL. I have been to many salons in my years but this one tops them all. The service here is always wonderful and their attention to detail is just phenomenal. The 2 times I have tried other salons they either did not do what I had asked (length or color) or it just outright hurt. Bad experience this visit. Way to much up sell after you repeatedly kindly decline the extra deluxe, flower add on or you really need eyebrow wax! I wanted to relax and put earbuds in but nail person wanted to know about my age and how many kids I have. Look, I talk all day at work I just wanted to be quiet, hince the earbuds. I asked them not to cut my cuticles as they bleed easy but nail lady still did and after three times asking her to stop doing that she cut me! The ladies who did our manicure were wonderful. I am happy with the results. This is why I have a low rating: The cost was very high without explanation. There was a man at the front desk who gave me the final cost. I think he saw the surprised look on my face and I questioned why it was so high. I just agreed to pay and said I would use my card. He then quickly said cash only, then followed me to the ATM in their store, and stated "I'll give you $10 off if you pay with cash". I was really thrown off by the whole experience after our manicure. We won't be coming back to this establishment. read more

The nail tech didn't cut my cuticles or get prior nail polish off of the nail. I requested that the polish cover more of the nail (closer to the cuticle) and was ignored so now the nails look grown out after just getting them done. Nails were filed very quickly and were not shaped. Felt like they were in a rush to get me in and out. read more

Came here for the first time today (3/19/23. After 5 years trying to convince my husband that pedicures are amazing he finally decided to give it a try. I chose PN&S out of it location and I'm glad I did! It's beautifully decorated and most importantly SUPER CLEAN! The staff are wonderful and made my husband feel welcomed and most importantly relaxed. I can tell they get a lot of repeat customers do to the way the nail technicians were interacting with their clients. I went here this week for my wedding nails and although the nails look great, the service could have been better. The person who was doing my manicure was so rough on filing that I walked out with cuts on three different fingers. I also was not given the hand and arm massage that typically comes with manicures and left with acrylic powder all over my fingers that I had to go home and wash off. This service cost $60, so I expected to have a better turnout for the cost of what I asked for. I'm ready to begin looking into different salons in the future because this is not the first time I've been cut here. Getting nails done should be relaxing but I'm unfortunately still in pain using my hands this week. read more

I've been to this salon 3 times now. Twice for pedis with my daughter and a week ago for acrylic fills on my fingers. Tammy did my pedi both times and Ken did my fills. All three experiences were really great! My toe nail polish stayed on and grew out with my nails. Feet felt great! My acrylics are beautiful! I think this is my new salon. Progress Nails has been routine in my life during a time of change. I hadn't spent money on myself all that much before until the last year or so. Young's gel manicure is so solid, I have waited up to four weeks and usually three to pay another visit. I love looking nice for my job, and almost just as importantly, I love being able to book online! My requested time and day is simply texted to confirm, and I can fit a manicure into my busy schedule. Requested an eyebrow wax. I believe the man who did it was named Danny. This was on Mother's Day and he had grey/blonde hair. He was very nice but he ruined my eyebrows. Absolutely ruined them. I told him to just clean them up, that I do not want them thin. He agreed and repeated what I wanted. He then then waxed and not only made them super thin but uneven and botched. One brow is thinner than the other and he took off so much that they are so tiny now. Brows are supposed to start from the line from the outside corner of your eye, he took so much off from the sides that they start at almost the middle of my eye and they aren't even balanced. I was in such shock and there was literally nothing you can do at that point that I walked out like a chump paying my bill. (I know, I know!) Now I have to pray they grow back, look into microblading and will be drawing on eyebrows in the meantime. Nice way to ruin my Mother's Day. I would have been better off having a 12 year old try and wax them. No way has he had proper training on this. read more

Young did a fantastic job!! I paid $47, and asked him to do very natural looking tips. This is a short full set with tip and dip. Most nail salons are not able to do a good job on my nails because my nails are so short, but he did a great job. He knew that I really wanted my hands to look clean and pretty, he cleaned up my cuticles well, and worked in A reasonable amount of time with barely any supervision. I totally trusted him. Not bulky at all, great shape, all even, and I will be back in two weeks!!! read more

This place has great ambiance and nice functuay i came here on my bday to get a pedicure and they treated me like a was a regular, great attitude, amazing customer service. One thing I love is they take their time I hate the feeling of nail places of just trying to get you in and out instead making sure of treating their customer the same whether you're getting a deluxe or not. This place was ok. The customer service was very nice, the lady that worked with me was very kind. BUT, I wanted a pedicure like, get some roughness off my feet. She didn't really scrub my feet. Just brushed it a tiny bit then put lotion on. I've just been to places that scrub and get all the roughness off and fix the skin around my toe nails. None of this happened. But my toenails and finger nails looked pretty good. Maybe I just need a place that gets a little more rough. If you just want a manicure this place is good. read more

Walked in and the staff was so friendly I had called ahead and they knew exactly who I was and was seated with a woman in front to the right She took her time. My shellac came off so easily, which made me assume they have quality products, not watered down crap. She had my arm on a little stand/rest which I never had before it was very comfortable I went to the car and had none of my nails that I needed fixing up- this is my usual test. She did really great! This is my first experience in a salon, or for anything elective, since COVID. It's been a really good one. Kim, the technician, is great. The doors are wipe open and the doors in the back are cracked for ventilation, which is a massive plus. Honestly, I wouldn't be here otherwise. Everyone is wearing masks, and the cleaning and sanitizing seems up to par. There's also a partition between you and the tech for manicures and pedicures.
