This place is getting worse and worse. They do not produce the receipt if you pay by cash. Cindy Nguyen did my manicure today for the 1st time. She was mean. She was ordering me and rushing me. The manicure lasted about 10 min max. The massage was super short and bad. Then she overcharged me by $1 ($25 cash instead of $24), never gave me a change; then I still tipped her with cash. My mistake. The towel and the tools were very dirty. I asked to get sanitized ones, but she said that those were clean - they were not. The table, the sink and all around the sink was very dirty. The trash has not been cleaned for years.... The worst experience. read more

I agree with most of the reviews that this place is hit or miss! I've had good experiences and some not so great. Getting a pedicure is a luxury these days for most so we want the experience to leave a lasting impression not a mark. Unfortunately, I have had the ride, no offer if a drink, make me bleed and that goes for a lot of places around these days. I am not loyal to one place because as far as I'm concerned not one experience has left me wowed. It is a necessity during the summer months to keep your feet and toes looking nice for all the open toe shoe weather. Tonya is the BEST nail tech I have ever had!! My nails were brittle and unhealthy before I met her. Now my nails are long and strong! She is a great listener and gives wonderful advice when I'm unsure about a color and has offered suggestions that I have fallen in love with!! Polish has never peeled since seeing her! This was my first visit here for a pedicure. It's been a few years since I've had a professional pedicure so I was looking forward to getting my toes done and looking pretty again. The pedicure looked fine in the end, but the nail tech was staring at her phone the entire time I was there. She kept texting someone and then took a phone call. I thought that might be the end of it, but then she continued texting. The lady was really sweet and conversed with me when she was painting my nails, but that was the only time she wasn't staring at her phone or texting. The whole pedicure felt really rushed and took about 20 minutes. I feel like if I'm paying for a service then the service provider should be focused on the service and not on their phone. read more

Place was very nice and nails turned out decent but my experience with Loan was terrible. She wasn't very talkative which is totally fine, i don't mind that. But she started messing up my basic French tip nails because the white nail polish was bad and started blaming me. She insisted that i was bumping things or getting oils on my nails implying that it was my fault the nail polish wasn't applying correctly. I told her many times and very nicely that my hands had been on the table the whole time and had made extra efforts to not touch my hair or arms. Instead she got annoyed, shaking her head and telling me it was my fault. Then on top of that, starting talking to her coworker about me. I have gone to this place for several years and generally I like the people, but they try to upsell you, and then may or may not give you the service you paid for. The Classic pedicure is advertised as 30 mins and the Deluxe is 45. I requested the deluxe, and to verify my previous experience, I started the timer when she turned on the water, and my pedi was 30 mins flat. I pointed out to her that she didn't perform the deluxe pedi as advertised, and she spent 3-5 more mins doing a massage with lotion, but total time was 35 mins., tops. The 45 mins must include 10-15 mins sitting by yourself waiting for it to dry to so you can leave! read more

So sad with my experience this week. Got a full acrylic set on Tuesday. By this morning, (Thursday) they all popped off. I called and asked for them to fix them, I went in and got a fresh set that feel so much better and was charged the exact same price. So ridiculous. Walked in and Nancy at the front desk was visibly annoyed and stressed which is fine because we are human and can have bad days. I sat down and Emily was very rude and continued making comments like I was dumb when I asked a question. My nails actually look amazing and I am happy with them but getting nails done is a luxury service and spa treatment and I felt put down the entire time by Emily. I asked at the beginning for my cuticle to be cleaned because I had a hang nail and she threw a fit about it and barely fixed and said done. My girlfriend had Jessica and she was so polite and nice the entire time. If you come I would request Jessica for her kindness, sweetness and spa environment customer service. Jessica is only reason 2 stars were given because this was such a shocking trip to what was needed as a relaxing spa day for my friend and I. I used to come here all the time. My experience was with loan I came in for a fill and she didn't even try to match the previous acrylic she put clear acrylic on top when I previously had nude pink so you can literally see it doesn't match. She tried telling me I was touching her because she had paint on her hand from her and told me to stop touching her but miss girl has to touch my hand to perform the service. Make it make sense. Came here to get my acrylic nails removed. Asked that they soak them off not peel them off because that happened to me here once before and it was not only painful but damaged my nails terribly. I only came back because of convenience but instantly regretted it. They insisted peeling nails off was better because soaking them "dries your cuticles out" and I, just wanting my outgrown nails off at this point, just agreed. This was almost two weeks ago. She peeled off layers of my natural nails that were left in pain for days and my nails are still facing the consequences. There are two holes in my natural nails from the peeling and a large chunk of my middle thumbnail is about to come off (pictured) and I'm dreading it because I know how sore my finger is going to be after too. I wish I just took them off myself because this is really terrible Update: It's been two months since this happened and my nails are still suffering. Part of my thumb nail ripped off (like I assumed) and the bump of my thin nails to my new, not damaged nails is still not grown out. read more
