They were able to locate a matching tire, get it delivered, mounted with new valve stem and ready for me to pick up in under 5 hrs. I was in a bind, they absolutely came through for me, at a fair price:-). I plan to return to have them replace the other tires and service the running gear. Clearly I am not the only one who found this place knowledgeable, reasonable and helpful, to get regular service it's a 2 week wait. Good people, quality service, what more can a consumer ask for.

But then I drove a block to D & D and they took me right away. In & out, in the amount of time it took me to walk a block to a coffee shop to grab something to drink. While I was there another customer came to pick up a vehicle and I could tell from the exchange that he uses them regularly (must have a fleet of business vehicles or something) and that he was particularly grateful for some big savings on the service that he had just had done. I wasn't exactly snooping, it's just a small waiting area and I couldn't help but to overhear. I will probably check with them first for my automotive needs in the future based on this experience.

They wanted over $1,100 AGAIN to replace rotors that they installed less than a year ago. They said, " come get car, keys under matt". Prior to this experience, I liked bringing car there as it is family owned and close to my work. Unable to discuss situation on phone as they didn't ever answer and relied on texts only. No biggie, took it by for them to fix, really didn't give it a second thought. Well to my surprise counter guy blamed me for everything, said they didn't take the panel off so that I must of done it. And my reverse back up video wasn't working because I have an after market bumper. lol I swear this happened! As long as I have had my truck I've never had that panel off and as far as the rear video, it worked when I drove my truck in there and its not working now. Gave them a call and was able to come right in and get the service done. The calibration didn't last too long and before I knew it, I got the calibration paperwork i-hand and notarized. The Staff: The staff were friendly. On the phone, I explained what I needed and they gave me a quote and it was true to their word. After my calibration, they gave me the paperwork and I paid what was discussed over the phone. Everyone was nice and straight when it came down to the service and pricing. Overall, a very good experience with Advanced Automotive in regards to a speedometer calibration. Prices are fair and work is good. Highly recommend.
