The crew arrived on time. They were a crew of three. I asked for the kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and floors on the main floor to be swept and mopped (kitchen, rec room, dining room, and living room). No bedrooms, no basement, no dusting, no surface cleaning, no windows, etc. They took three hours, the refrigerator wasn't touched and the floors weren't touched. I paid $360. A crew of three for three hours should have been able to wipe down the refrigerator and mop the floors. They swept the floors of two of the bathrooms into the hallway instead of using a dustpan. Since they didn't have enough time (again crew of 3 for 3 hours) they neither swept, vacuumed, nor mopped any floors. I thought they could have finished the job in two hours since their only focus was on the kitchen, bathrooms and floors on one level. They did call me to tell me they needed more time, and I said I wouldn't pay more than the $360. So they walked off the job. Very disappointed. read more

I asked for an estimate for a deep clean in October and was called back pretty quickly with a reasonable price. Three ladies came out on time the day of the cleaning and did a phenomenal job! I was so pleased with how well my house was cleaned and how good it smelled from the products used. The ladies were absolutely thorough and if they moved items, they put them back in the same spot. I use their services when moving out of my townhouse a few months ago, they were very quick and extremely efficient for my needs, and the cleanliness past my inspection, which gave me my deposit back. Dear Evelyn I am not going to get into a back and forth with you, but I wanted to point out that it is very unprofessional to respond to negative reviews your clients give your company in a way that justifies the mistakes made during the cleaning, instead of taking accountability for what happened. If anything, you should be taking the feedback you get and see what can be improved upon for your future clients. Just so you are aware, your on site supervisor just dropped off the 2 ladies to clean and left and we had to call her back to explain to the ladies what needed to get cleaned due to a language barrier, she then left and we did not see the supervisor come back to our house until lunch time. Hired as a first time cleaning at our new 2 story condo. They did a wonderful job and left our home feeling very refreshed! I haven't been particularly thrilled with Progressive cleaning. The first time they cleaned my home, I thought they did a good job. I was there, and when I noticed that they were not cleaning the areas I had requested they clean when I e-mailed to set up the service (mainly vaccuming baseboards and my couch cushions) they did after I told them to. I later set up a recurrent cleaning. For some reason, I was charged hourly for my first cleaning, somehow the cleaning for a 1 bed/1 bath was almost $200. During that cleaning, the staff cleaned none of the areas I had requested, and didn't even get the gunk off my stove. My bathroom was covered in hair -- so clearly they never touched it. In fact, they couldn't even figure out where I lived -- although I gave my address and apartment number, so I had a half dozen missed calls from management. The price and service I got were ridiculous. They did come back and fix it, so I figured I'd give this service one more shot, since they promised a lower rate for my next cleaning. However, when I asked them to move my service back a week, they said they would only do so if I paid a 25% higher fee the next time. At that point, I was done. If anyone has recommendations for a more detail oriented cleaning service, please let me know! read more

I found this company on Yelp and after reaching out to a few, they were the only one that was able to provide what I was looking for. Communication was easy via email and they accept credit cards which is nice. I was moving into a new apartment and the flooring had just been replaced. Everything looked great but as a result, the unit was pretty dusty. I had them come and do their move in cleaning service which includes cleaning the inside/out of the fridge, inside/out of the stove, all windows, fans, vents, etc. A crew of 3 maids arrived on time and did an excellent job. To get all of the cabinets, one of the girls was standing on the counter to reach all the high points. I also observed one use her bucket to stand on so she could reach all parts of the ceiling fan and vents. While it did cost me a little more than I initially anticipated, it was well worth it. Wow! I asked for a deep cleaning and they gave me just that! My place is all hardwoods and I know there are places where "dust bunnies" gather and are hard to reach. Progressive moved furniture, got behind and under EVERY piece of furniture, container, My bathrooms sparkle! The baseboards are flawless. There isn't one piece of dirt or dust to be found in the areas that were cleaned! They arrived on time and were timely and thorough with their cleaning (didn't waste time). The only thing I will say is that their business practices could use some work. After giving them my card information to go ahead and book the appointment there was confusion on how I was paying . Please do not reach out to someone through voicemail requesting payment through Venmo, Cash app, or Zelle when a card has been placed on file to be charged for services. I did not call back because it definitely made me uncomfortable and borderline felt like harrassment. Their quotes are hit and miss as well where one price is discussed, but then on their services page pricing varies . Work on the business practices and you all will be fine. For future reference after a card is placed on file to be charged do not request customers to Cashapp, Venmo, or Zelle it can seem like you all are paying people ubder the table . Well, I finally threw In the towel on cleaning my own place (pun intended), so I thought I'd make goon on that promise to give them a try with my own house. I don't know why I waited as long as I did. The crew arrived on time, not only does the routine floors, light dusting, mirrors, etc., they throughly wipe down all the cabinets, dust all the shelves and contents, and even changed the bedsheets.
