Stopped by this cute new coffee shop and really enjoyed the cozy ambiance. The space is charming and welcoming, making it a nice spot to relax or catch up with friends. That said, if you're looking for a bold, strong espresso that gives you an immediate wake-up call, this may not be your go-to spot. The coffee didn't quite have the punch I'm used to. I would come back for the ube Spanish roll. It wasn't overly sweet, and paired nicely with the other cold drink options available in the fridge. It's worth stopping in to try some of their pastries and specialty beverages, even if the coffee itself wasn't exactly my style. Overall, a cute spot with great vibes and some tasty treats.

Had a great experience at Project Seed Cafe. I ordered the roasted matcha with one cold foam and really enjoyed it overall. The cold foam was perfectly sweetened and balanced the drink nicely. Next time, I'd probably add a flavor shot just to give the matcha a little more sweetness for my personal taste, but the quality of the drink itself was really good. Cute spot with a nice vibe

What a vibrant cafe! I went with a friend to catch up and enjoyed my time there. The coffee and ensaymada were done very quickly and were both delicious. Since the cafe was celebrating its 2nd anniversary there was a DJ and a food truck. The music selection was great and wasn't too loud. I definitely want to come back and try their other drinks and pastries.

Hard to believe that it took me this long to visit Project Seed's newest location. We did a Saturday morning drop in for coffee and were rewarded with a delicious White Chocolate Pistachio Latte (seasonal flavor) and a Turon Signature Latte. We couldn't resist adding an Ube Ensaymada and an Ube Pandesal with Cream Cheese & Halaya to our dine-in order. Both hot lattes were full of flavor. The baked goods were fresh and warm, making the visit extra special. We loved how easy it was to find parking and how much bigger this location is. As soon as we entered, we were greeted and directed to check out their specials board. They had different types of seating available to match your preference. The owner allows pop ups to set up shop and offer unique crafts. What a terrific bonus!

Inside is nice and clean with plenty of seating. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the eggnog latte and a Spanish bread. The latte was just okay, not really my favorite but the Spanish bread was really good. I would definitely go back to try a different coffee and would absolutely get the Spanish bread again.

I truly wish I enjoyed the coffee and pastries here but I did not. My sister brought us here this morning for a last minute get together for my birthday. She raves about the cafe, I had such high hopes. First, as soon as I walked into the cafe it smelled like a mix of wet dog and coffee. I don't blame the cafe for this, since when I left I saw that their neighbors were a vets office and I assume the smell was coming from that side. There were no animals in the establishment at the time. The ordering process was easy, their menu is fairly small and the young woman behind the register was nice to explain anything, very patient. I got the Buko Pandan with Ube cold foam, the ube cold foam was so yummy, but I wasn't a fan of the base. It was super cute though! Then I purchased the ube with cream cheese, I was sad that I also didn't like this either, the center was good but I wasn't a fan of the actual bun itself. Seriously super bummed about this because what girl wants to be disappointed on their birthday. Overall 3.5/5 for me but I didn't want to give a lower score since my sister truly loves this place, it was just not a good choice for me today. So I rounded my score up.

I got the miso caramel iced coffee, such a unique combo! The taste of caramel with a hit of miso paired really well together. The interior was beautiful, I loved the artwork on the walls and had plenty of seating. The two workers in the front were efficient and friendly! The vibes were great, will be back again to try of different flavors!

I visited Project Seed Coffee while visiting Virginia Beach with some friends, and it ended up being a great find! It's a Filipino-owned shop with fun flavors like ube and pandan in their drinks and pastries. As soon as we walked in, the owner greeted us and helped us decide what to get--she was friendly and patient with all our questions. We ordered a mix of lattes and pastries to share, and everything was delicious--the flavors felt unique but still really balanced. I'll definitely come back the next time I'm in the area to try more of their menu!

Soft opening today and the new spot is amazing. The owner Erene was there to greet us with a smile as we walked in. The building is clean, roomie, and designed for gathering with friends or buckling down for a business meeting. You can definitely get some work done and enjoy the bright light shining through the large windows while sipping your coffee. I got to try the Miso Caramel Latte as a special. It was very unique and delicious, just the right amount of sweetness. I also enjoyed the moist longaniza biscuit. I love their baked goods and hope they continue to expand with some more breakfast items, maybe even some sandwiches or longaniza breakfast bowl. Bonus, the parking lot is so much easy to get in and out now!

Visiting from out of town and this was my second time here. We usually enjoy the iced Ube latte and iced Buko pandan but my second visit the vibe was just off with the workers. Drinks were good but the Gen Z's working here gave me this stare of I'm an idiot for not knowing what I wanted when I walked in. They weren't very enthusiastic or friendly, felt cold to me and it made my visit unpleasant. I asked what the difference was from Ube velvet and their Ube halo halo special but he didn't even know. I wished their door wasn't so hard to open and hold. I had 2 drinks in a drink holder and 3 pastries in a box. Juggling to hold all that while trying to open the heavy door was hard. I saw a vendor "Jack Eats" selling items while waiting for my order and I'm glad I got to try them. That Ube brownie was so divine. Not sure how long they are there for but go get yourself some baked goods from them while waiting for your Project Seed order.

Supporting a great local pastries and drink establishment!!

Love this place!!! Such great pastries and hot and iced lattes!!! The Ube Pandesal and Biscoff pandesal were so light and fluffy, as well as flavorful!! Erene and her staff were so kind and friendly!! The Toffee Hazelnut latte with oat milk was incredible!!! The ambiance is so light and airy and friendly!! Highly recommend this place!!

This place is soooo cute! I love the decor inside and how they have popup of local shops in the area. I got the ube velvet ice latte which is DIVINE. Just enough ube flavor to make me happy :) I also got a ube cookie to go as well. My husband got an iced mocha and he enjoyed the richness of the chocolate in the mocha. Overall very tasty! would love to come back and visit this cute coffeeshop when we are in the area again.

My husband and I stumbled upon this cafe, while we were on a hunt for coffee, one weekend. A quick Yelp search on what's nearby and voila! Found this quaint, and cozy cafe! I never had Ube in my coffee, so I went all out and ordered the Ube Velvet Latte with pandan cold foam. Why not? Being Southeast Asian, I grew up eating pandan desserts, but as a cold foam? That's new and interesting! I LOVE IT! The Ube Velvet Latte with pandan cold foam, is now one of my fave drinks. The Ube adds a velvety texture and most importantly, it's not too sweet (iykyk). I also ordered the Ube Pandesal (love). My husband had a cold brew and a brownie, which he enjoyed. The staff was so friendly, even though it was busy . We received our drinks in less than 10minutes. I also ordered calamansi juice to go. It's refreshing and delicious. Definitely a must go and must try!

I forgot how I found out about this spot, but they've been around in the area since 2023 and actually reopened after remodeling months ago. Let's see how this visit turned out. When we parked in the lot, we saw a few people sitting outside. Mind you, we got there before 8:30am. Luckily, they had tables available. The decor inside was beautiful. From personal pictures to artwork, it was a sight to see and feel. Even the bathroom is wonderful. When you order upfront, the dessert section is there for customers. I didn't choose any, but it's enough to make you buy literally every item made. Kudos to the staff for all of this. For ordering, we had to place it up front where they'll bring it to our table via a given number. For mine, we chose the following: -Monte Cristo croissant sandwich consisting of ham, Swiss cheese, rasberry jam and cream cheese with powdered sugar on top. Truly, truly delicious. Each ingredient worked perfectly here. And I love that this sandwich was homemade. Enjoyed every bite. Sophia had the turkey, egg and Swiss cheese croissant sandwich and enjoyed it. -Dolce Banana iced latte which is Dulce de Leche, banana and cold foam. Well made and not too sweet. I have to say it went very well with my sandwich. Sophia's was iced latte with sugar-free vanilla which she gave thumbs up. Both Sophia and I really enjoyed being here. A very calm atmosphere where you felt right at home. We will definitely return here :)

The bagels were decent -- not NY level, but still solid. The coffee was good, though they didn't have Splenda on hand, so if that's your thing you may want to bring your own. So we wandered over to Pinup Coffee at Back Bay Farmhouse Brewery, and we're glad we did. I ordered the Salty Texan, a delicious take on the classic caramel macchiato. I love their options of drinks an biscuits, I've especially been craving their bacon and cheddar biscuit since I've last had it, and it's nice to go to a cafe that dos things a little differently than the standard! One thing I also adore about this location is how they will host small markets on the lawn outside the house! One time me and my friend finished chatting and having coffee and we unknowingly walked outside to see a bunch of vendors that weren't there before! It was so fun to walk around and speak with everyone, they were all so sweet and I ended up buying multiple things unplanned! But if it's not cold outside or busy there then it's not really an issue at all! I'm sad that they aren't open past 1-2PM most days, but that's understandable given the business they run and thier location! Overall, I couldn't recommend tho place more for anyone wanting a new study spot or place to try out in general in VB!
