I have been seeing this place a lot online lately, but I finally tried this place out yesterday w/ my friend's recommendation. I have now been here 2 days in a row. Yesterday, I ordered an iced matcha w/ ube cold foam, longganisa + cheddar biscuit, ube spanish bread, and pepperoni bread. I originally wanted to try the roasted matcha, but drink was still sooo tasty. My boyfriend and I got everything to go, and let me tell you, the longganisa + cheddar biscuit was amazing alone but paired with an over-medium egg!? I wish whoever made it was at my house cooking me breakfast every morning. The ube spanish bread had amazing texture, very flavorful, not too sweet, but also satisfied my sweet tooth. My boyfriend ordered 2 of the pepperoni bread and only let me have about 4 bites. All good enough to have me come back the next day. Today, I had the sweet lady who also helped me yesterday pick my drink. I really wanted to try one of their signature beverages but couldn't decide which. She had the pumpkin maple spice (seasonal) w/ maple cold foam made for me, and I am so sad at how short it lasted. Starbucks could never. I didn't have the chance to go back and let her know how much I enjoyed it. I also got another ube spanish bread and pepperoni bread that I will not be sharing, because it is that good. read more

This is my go to meeting spot for business. The Ube latte is so good, I usually get it with the Pandan foam.. it's delicious and unique for the area. It's a cute lil coffee shop that I'm happy to have stumbled upon! We discovered an amazing Filipino coffee shop when visiting family this weekend. The Iced Ube Cold Brew with Ube Foam and Iced Ube Velvet Latte with Ube Foam from Project Seed Coffee had the best flavors, and they weren't too sweet (I don't like very sweet drinks). The shop was cute, and the staff were so friendly and inviting. We will definitely visit this coffee shop every time we're in town. Can't wait to try other items on their menu! read more

What a lovely "brick and mortar" this store is. It's very airy and bright inside. I'm so happy for the owners, I've had their cold brew for years. She made them delicious with flavors such as ube, chocolate, salted caramel. They have picked a nice building in an up and coming area getting built up. They had delicious pastries and desserts on the counter and to be honest, this is what did it for me. I saw Thai tea cupcakes, Spanish bread, ube Spanish bread, ensemada, and matcha tea cookies. I ordered a Spanish bread and an ube Spanish bread. I let my hubby have some of the ube bread and he loved it. Oh my, the bread was fresh and delish!! I also ordered an iced pistachio latte with almond milk. I wanted to love this, unfortunately I didn't. It tasted nothing of pistachio. I tasted the espresso and almond milk and that was about it. I might just have to stick with the cold brews. Other than that, I'm glad I came to check out Project Seed Coffee. I'll be back again... for some cold brew and snacks! read more

I was in the area and excited to check out a Filipino coffee shop nearby. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with the drinks. We tried the Ube Velvet Latte and Buko Pandan Latte, but they tasted almost the same, with the coffee flavor being the dominant one. The shop itself, however, is in a nice historical building and has a great vibe. read more

I love coffee shops that make their own syrups! I driver all the way from the Ocean front to get a coffee from here. My favorite is the Salted egg yolk with cheese foam cold latte. I also love the Spanish bread and the Ube Pandesal. I recommend this place to my friends and they loved it too! The place is simple and clean and customer service is excelent. I got the miso caramel coffee with oatmilk. It tastes so good! I would get that again. I also bought the pandesal with spam, egg, and spinach or kale (can't remember). That was so yummy! Cool place. Staff was super friendly and the coffee was pretty good. Decent spot if you're looking for a good cup of coffee. My wife got some purple coffee which was creative and delicious. Would recommend this place. One downside would be that it was echoey found myself needing to whisper so everyone didn't hear what we were talking about. read more

For those that didn't know such as myself. I was dropped some 411 on the cold brew process and the fact that it's less acidic than regular coffee. Win win!! My significant other and I go to Pop Ups/Markets to get this cold brew- we always do the 3 for $15. It's so convenient to have coffee already done and ready to go in the fridge, and the coffee is high quality. It's so tasty! I like the black- I add a little splash of agave & a bit of 1/2 & 1/2, and call it a day. My significant other loves the vanilla the best (I think it's her best seller), but he also likes the caramel & mocha (mocha tastes like hot chocolate... but cold, obviously- it's delicious is all you need to know! Haha!). The owner is so sweet & genuine- the type of person you want to support on the regular (and the coffee speaks for itself, which is bomb). From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed by the kind staff, who quickly made me a delicious latte and a calamansi lemonade. I love the unique flavors offered here, I typically drink black coffee but flavors like ube have tempted me to stray to more exciting combinations. I love that they offer a variety of non dairy milks. I got several pastries from the case, which are from local bakers. I came the first time for an event and I finally made it during one of the last days of school. I LOVE this place AND it's woman owned AND FILIPINA owned!? Yes! Yes! Yes! It is a very small shop with big flavors. You may miss it if you aren't looking. You know that old historic house that a few years ago they moved to higher ground just a bit to the the right when they were fixing up Witchduck and Kempsville? It's there in one of the bottom businesses of the new base structure. She has so many cool flavors but I just love her buko pandan latte. And this time I got the regular Spanish bread (to me it's like an ensamada and a pandesal had a baby....haven't had either one? You must try both!) instead of the Ube flavored because to me sometimes Ube is too sweet. I definitely like the regular Spanish bread better but don't get me wrong, Ube was good too. Can't wait to go back and venture past my buko pandan and I love how there are little pop-ups for businesses there too. Maybe one day I'll be able to catch those as well! read more

Everything was top-notch but my favorites from her innovative flavor line include Fireside (infused with Graham crackers) and Ube (with homemade Ube halaya). Our biggest mistake was not getting more.
