I was leaving the mililani area heading home (westbound) and was almost to waikele area when I realized I left my wallet on my truck hood and it fell off. I turned around to retrace my driving route in hopes of finding my wallet on the side of the road. For a couple of hours I drove around multiple times and walked on the roads including the entire Kipapa gulch with no luck. After I got home I recieved a call from my dad asking if I lost my wallet, apparently Billy found it and drove all the way to kapolei to drop it off after having to drive to haleiwa to help a client first. Trapped in town, bike battery died, flood warning alert... oh and it was 2 in the morning... Sunday at that. B & C comes and saves the day, and at that saved me from getting scammed by another towing company. B & C is as real as it gets. To tell you the truth, his tow truck (custom built to perfection). (and I'm pretty damn well knowleged on this) but loading my bike on his truck was worry free and on level ground!! The loading mechanisim is a sight for itself... i would call roadside just to see it again. LOL. I dont even know where to start with this review. This was just such a surreal experience that you would normally only see in movies, but here it is, my testimony. I was shocked 3x that night. I was in one of the worst situations. There was an event that night that my gf got us tickets to and I, the procrastinator that I am [regrettably], tried to get some errands done last minute before going to meet her at her house. I admittedly kind of fibbed and told her I was done and was on my way to her house and would be there shortly. Well of course, my car broke down just before the exit to Waimalu/Pearl City. It began with a flickering of the lights on my speedometer panel and a weird clicking noise. Next thing you know, I'm pushing on my gas pedal but the cars slowing down. I had no choice but to pull over on the shoulder lane where I know many cars will avoid traffic and drive on to take the exit. My car wouldn't turn on, it would just make a clicking noise, the lights would flicker on and off a few times then it would shut off. I waited a few minutes [which felt like an eternity bc we were already running late and this event meant a lot to my gf not to mention she paid for it], tried again and to my amazement my car started! It went not even a quarter of a mile till it died again. I had to call my gf and explain the situation. Cars die sometimes and there's really nothing you can do about it but, I had to explain why I was at the Waimalu exit when I should've been heading the opposite direction to her house in Salt Lake. She was understandably irritated and kind of gave it to me over the phone. I knew I was wrong so I just took it but there may have been hints of frustration in my voice because this was a really crappy situation I was in. I told her I was calling AAA and I'd have it towed to her house and wed be on our way just a little bit late. Well AAA told me it was going to be half an hour to an hour before the nearest AAA or partnered tow truck service would be able to get to me. I was contemplating leaving my car there over night and all sorts of other crazy ideas went through my head. As I was hanging up, my gf arrived on the scene. Shock #1: Not 30 seconds after her, Billy showed up in his tow truck and pulled up in front of my car. I was like,"No way AAA, right on!" Billy not only hooked up my car within less than 5 min, he took a quick look at my car and asked what was going on with it. I explained what had happened and he immediately concluded that it must be my alternator. The alternator, to my understanding, is what recharges your car as you're driving it. That's why when you jump it, you rev it a little bit so it has enough juice to get going and the alternator charges it up so you're good to go. Well mine was busted and without your alternator to charge your car battery, it's going to keep dying. Shock #2: To my surprise, I jumped in with him in his truck and he explained that he's with AAA but he wasn't on the clock. In fact, he saw that I was in trouble and drove by, took the next cut off, drove down the other side of the freeway and jumped off and back on to come and get me. He was doing this all out of compassion and a good heart! read more

If I could rate him negative stars I would. Most unprofessional business owner I have ever met. Blocked a two lane road so that you couldn't get around him. When I asked if he could move over 5 feet so that cars could get around he got in my face and acted like he wanted to fight me. He asked if I had seen the lights on his truck as if that was an automatic sign that he gets to block everyone. I told him I was going to call the police and I've never seen a tow truck driver move as quickly as he did. He hadn't even started loading the car when I went back to get my phone. When I came back he was gone. I'm surprised at how many people have rated this guy 5 stars. Be careful this guy is dangerous. I wasn't surprised that this has happened in the past looking at the other comments made. read more

Started the afternoon off with a flat tire miles away from home - was able to get that fixed. Then just when you think the day can't possibly get worse...the vehicle doesn't start!!! We called our insurance for roadside assistance and less than 30 mins later we met Bill from B&C Towing. Bill was awesome. We were prepared for a tow but Bill gets in there and is able to get the vehicle started. After starting the vehicle, we waited to see that the vehicle stayed on, then he offered to follow us to make sure we were ok on the road. Bill was truly a godsend. Problems with your vehicle are no joke. He is as genuine as it gets and certainly knows a lot about cars/trucks. Bill is familiar with a lot of the shops on Oahu and gave us recommendations. He is worth all 5 stars. Then...just when we needed it most, (what with one horrible thing happening after another) Bill prayed with us. How awesome is that? Today my poor red baron, my beloved Honda civic must have needed to see the dr... On the h1 eastbound she quit on me. Suddenly I found myself in the throws of a minor panic attack WHO DO I CALL NOW??? I called B&C Towing to rescue me from the side of the highway. Within 15 minutes of my call, Billy was on site and had my car loaded up safely. I am very thankful for the recommendation made to me for his towing company. He drove across the island, didn't charge any extra for being so far out of the way for him, and kept me updated every time something came up. Here's the story; First pulls up complaining why we are parked "too close" to a curb after we just got into a T-bone accident. Then later complains that we have a flat tire. I told him that I can try and pull up the car more and press the brake to help him lock the front tires in and in a sarcastic voice says "oh sorry you know all the answers, you must drive a tow truck all god damn day" we then asked him if there was a problem and he said I was the problem. Then got in my face asking me if I was gonna do something about it. Then keeps talking, yada yada about he just had sex with my mom and is going to her house right now. THIS MAN NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Let's start by saying BILLY is a Wonderful Person! I'm a single mother of 2 children... I was dropping off food to my daughters school August Ahrens Elementary school. My key fell apart and I was already trying to put it back together so that I can get home to do the rest of my errands. Already frustrated i was told that i needed to get my car to the dealership to cut a new key. Me not dealing with this before, B&C Towing were recommended by one of the security at the school. Called B&C Towing right away and Billy answered and I told him I needed to get by the dealership by 2 and he said he is on his way. I asked him how much would the tow be and he informed me as soon as he hooks up the car he will have that price for me. I in the meantime was just over everything and said okay no problem. Billy arrived right before my daughters school let out which was awesome so that traffic wouldnt be crazy! He was quick to load up and tow my car. I asked him if they take credit card and he said yes cash and card. I was very pleased!!! He was very friendly and understanding about the whole situation! Did I mention I had my toddler with me so that made it all more stressful making sure that he's not freaked out. Billy made sure every thing went smoothly and he knew exactly where to go to drop the car off! He already knew my frustration and how much I just wanted things to go my way... So as soon as we drove up to Mazda, he dropped me off and then waited in the Service Department at Cutter Mazda Waipahu. He told me he will meet me in there and just drop my car. Billy came back and I asked him how much and he said all this women needs is a break! And then said he is not charging me for the tow. I broke down in tears and was so thankful. All i have to say is Wow. Was a little skeptical reading all the positive reviews of this business. Mainly because I've had some unspeakable experiences with salvage yards and tow services. And honestly This review isn't based on "in person" experience with their company, rather a phone conversation i had with Billy. Went down like this..... Called and left my name and number per his voicemail message. He called back maybe 15-20 minutes later and apologized for not returning my call sooner. I asked if they had a bumper for a GM stepside truck. He said they didn't have any and then referred me to 3 other yards that I might have more luck at. Depending on my location, one in Sand Island, Pearl City, and last Kapolei. He also said that if I didn't find any on the island, there was an online company that I could try as a last resort. We then started chatting about our truck projects we've had in the past. after a few minutes he politely said he was pulling up to a tow site and had to go..... Great Customer Service goes a long way. If i ever run into trouble while riding my Harley or any of my other 3 trucks I will for sure be calling B&C towing, as well as recommending them to anyone in need. read more

Let me just say that Bill is a blessing. My boyfriend and I were stranded all the way at Waimea Bay and had gone through hell to get the right tow truck to help us. My car battery died today while I was driving home. Billy came to tow my car but did more than just that. He could have simply towed my car to the dealership and left me there to figure things out but he didn't. He cleaned the battery, jumped my car. Got the car onto the truck and drove me and my car to O'Reilly where they replaced my battery on the truck. He was so nice and friendly and really tried to help not only with my car but financially. Im guessing it was no more than about 45 minutes total from when we hung up, that the car was dropped off at my home in Ewa. Ok this is my honest personal opinion and review of my experience with B&C Towing company. First off, I am not a mechanic or professional when it comes to cars, though I do enjoy doing what I can to fix and modify my own car. With that said, let's get to the actual review. After doing what I felt I was capable of on my own, I was left with the situation of a car that would not start. It would only make clicking noises when trying to start. I decided to get it towed to a near-by shop. Billy came by my house within an hour and a half, but this was only because he had to drive from town all the way to waipio, in the rain, and in prime time for traffic (5-6pm ish). He called several times to keep me up to date with where he was and not to worry about anything as he'd be there soon. When he arrived, he took the time to see if there was anything he could do beforehand instead of just immediately hooking the car up. *side-note: when he came by, he recognized me as he had towed one of my friend's cars a couple months earlier. He first jumped the car to see if it was the battery and ended up finding out that it was simply the battery cables that were the source of the problem. The ground cable was so corroded and filthy that it couldn't make a good connection. He recommended using baking soda to solve the problem, but even without that, he just took off the cable and pulled/cleaned off what corrosion he could and BAM! The car lives again! He wished my family and I happy holidays and went off into the night to help other people in need. With that said, I feel this experience deserves a 5 star rating for B&C towing due to Billy's willingness to help and his knowledge. He could have just came, hooked up my car, and been on his way. Instead, he took the extra time to see if there could be anything done and educate a young man in the process. It meant a lot and I am very grateful.
