I get so frustrated when massages aren't done properly or for the stated length of time. The menu says you get a 7 minute hot stone massage and mine was LITERALLY 45 seconds. I timed it. She asked me if I wanted gel and I said I didn't need gel. My sister told me to just do it so I told the girl I would do gel instead of basic nail polish. After a while, I realized she was doing the lotion and hot stone massage and I was like...I wanted to do the plus and she said no you said basic and I said you didn't even ask and she said your sister gave you the menu. I was like whatever I'll just do the standard. So she was like no I'll do it....The language barrier in nail salons is real frustrating. Also noticed in the plus pedicure it says 7 minute hot stone massage. Mine was less than a minute and my sister did the same pedicure and timed hers and it was 45 seconds. Very unfortunate having spent $150+ total on both hands and feet, and because I was a little skeptical about the liquid gel extension alternative the offered since they don't do gel-x. Also because the nail broke on the day before I left for my weeklong vacation. It didn't break from some sort of excess pressure or trauma to my finger, I just looked down and the whole tip was gone.
