We ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and the honey bear pizza and the garlic ginger chicken , everything we ate was very delicious and had lots of flavor. The garlic ginger chicken definitely is the winner and stands out the most and the pizza crust was probably the best I've had in a while from a quick service place. The BBQ chicken pizza probably needed just a little more sauce and the honey bear needed a little more sausage but in all this place has my recommendation if you're in the area. 10/10 I'll be back to try more of their selection of pizzas. read more

I had a great experience at Pitfire. I brought my church family there to celebrate a birthday, and the whole night was awesome. The service really stood out. Jared, the manager, is an incredible guy super welcoming and attentive and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. We had such a good time that I went back again later, and the experience was just as good. Jared was there again and even remembered me, which meant a lot. It shows they really care about their customers. The food was great too the pizza was excellent but what really made the place special was the service. Very disappointing experience. I ordered one plate of pasta (lunch special) during lunch around 12:30 p.m. and waited over 30 minutes without receiving my food, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. I was trying to make a movie across the street and eventually had to cancel and leave. The staff avoided eye contact, didn't seem welcoming, and offered no explanation, discount, or refund. Parking will be crazy before an event so plan accordingly! It was fairly easy to park and empty on Sunday night my last visit. Their happy hour is every day from 2:30-5:30 & such a good deal! $10 select salads, pizzas, pastas & wings. Beers were $6. My toddler loves the bolognese (over the Mac - I was surprised). The Honey Bear pizza is the parents' favorite and the ginger wings were delicious. We'll probably skip the Mac next time (ours was bland) and try something else. If you have an Amex Plat card, this is a great place to use your quarterly $100 Resy credit! The interior is large and clean and customer service has always been great - I don't mind paying the extra "fee;" you can always request for them to take it off. Also, they have an outdoor dining area that is pup-friendly so we love bringing our dog when the weather is warmer. This place was good! When you walk in, you order at the counter, and there are plenty of tables available. The staff keeps the dining area clean, and the tables are wiped down quickly. The food came out fast, starting with the Caesar salad. Just a heads up, it has a very strong anchovy flavor that felt a bit overpowering. The cheesy knots were amazing. They were warm, soft, and paired perfectly with the marinara sauce. My favorite item was definitely the Honey Bear pizza. The combination of sausage, spicy chili, and honey was delicious, and the thin crust had great flavor and texture. I would honestly come back just for that pizza. The only downside was the drinks. It can get very busy within 1-2 hrs of the show's start time but if you can arrive earlier, it's not busy at all. Pizzas are good. I liked the Margherita and Mushroom. You can also order two different halves to a pizza if you want different toppings. Also liked the Spaghetti with Meatballs. We also tried their sundae for dessert and it's a giant goblet with 4 scoops of ice cream and all the toppings. It's good to share. Parking is easy as the lot is giant. The place was huge and clean and not very crowded for a Thursday night. Service was great from the start, we were greeted and given menus and drinks as we waited. Alright now the food: We ordered the little gem Caesar salad and it was absolutely delicious! I love the way it was layered so that every bite had flavor and no leaf was dry. We come to Pitfire pretty often and we do really like it. Just wish the consistency of the bake was better. Sometimes it's perfectly baked but others it's extra crunchy and burnt. Our favorites are: sausage party, hot honey and mushroom but add prosciutto. The kids love the cheesy knots. We always get the Caesar tossed lightly. The kids love the ranch but it is $2 extra. They have slushy adult drinks- which we are usually all about. Service is meh. The staff doesn't really engage so think of it like a typical pizza joint and your expectations will be met. read more

I ordered a margarita pizza and my friend ordered spaghetti with marinara sauce. It took over an hour for me to get my pizza and by the time I got it, my friend was done with her meal. I asked a couple waitresses why so long to get my food and they honestly didn't really seem to tear; one of them said that it was taking so long because it was happy hour, but over an hour for a margarita pizza? I finally went up to the desk and they said that it would be out soon and then it took another 15 minutes. This place is a hidden gem. We had my granddaughters party there today. They offer pizza making classes for kids to design their very own pizza which they then get to eat after. Ordered food for the adults which was very affordable and delicious. They were so helpful with everything. They even let us bring in Taylor Swift for our little Swiftie and her friends to have a mini concert. Highly recommend! It sounds wild, but it works...I never had honey on pizza before. The crust was blistered and chewy with those wood-fired char marks all over. So they way the restaurant works is you go get your seat and then you go order your food at the counter. They give you your drinks right after you order at the counter. Then you go back to your table and wait for your food to come out. I ordered the aw' pear , it was not good. I ended you adding water to make it better. For entree's we ordered the margaritas pizza and the Cesar salad. The salad was butter lettuce which is good ,but the dressing on it so acidic and sour it was hard to finish the salad. I was going to order pick up but apparently they have 3% Happy and Healthy Surcharge, which is essentially the owner's lazy way of adding a junk fee because they don't want to pay their employees. Both delivered and from first glance at the top they looked perfect. I ordered the Honey Bear (because it sounded amazing). Both pizzas were VERY burnt on the bottom. I mean charred. The dough was stretched so thin, it was a hard crunch with every bite. I think the flavors could have been great if there was more on the pizza (minus the burnt crust), but either the sauce and cheese were not enough or burnt off in the process somehow. I think there were 2 pieces of sausage on each slice. The ricotta amount was fine. The other pizza was pepperoni, olives, and mushrooms and it looked like there was a generous serving of the veggies.
