They have a variety of food choices to choose from. I ordered from the ramen, Laughing Buddha. Located on the 2nd floor of Aria this is a great place to grab a quick bite. There are multiple food stations and you can order from different ones at the same time using a QR code or the kisok. We ordered some sushi and some bao buns. A text comes through when they are ready and it only took a couple minutes. Everything was delicious!! Laughing Buddha ramen is decent for a quick craving of noodles. Tried the miso version and overall not bad, the noodles could have been separated more as some were clumped together but the broth had decent miso flavor and the accompaniments of black mushroom, green onion & bean sprouts were ok. Also had the eggplant bao which was a tempura style of eggplant in a nicely soft bao bun and spicy sauce. Overall, not bad for both dishes....just expect the usual vegas mark up. read more

Here are my thoughts: - Dining Environment Overall, it's clean, and the decor is better than before. Since I went on weekdays, it wasn't crowded or noisy. - Food Impressions Tuna poke bowl $26 The tuna was fresh and in generous portions, but it lacked the variety of toppings you find in other poke bowls. It felt a bit pricey for what it offered. Tonkutsu Ramen $16 Surprisingly delicious for a food hall! The broth had great flavor, noodles were just right, and it came with plenty of toppings. It was my favorite among the dishes I ordered. Signature bowl $17 The fried chicken was crispy and delicious, but despite it being a Korean-style place, the sides and sauces had a bit of an American feel. First was because we wanted to take a look around and some guy handed me a 2-4-1 drink ticket and handed my wife a free drink ticket to the bar inside the food hall. So we said what the heck and sat at the bar and we were able to use both drink tickets! Two free drinks - $40 off nice. We came back another day to try the happy hour oysters. Ordered a dozen and they were large and as good as you'd get anywhere. Only wish I had ordered more! Bartenders were generally nice, but we did notice some people sat at the nearby tables and booths and never got service. They had to come up to the bar. This is self service in that you either order from a kiosk or an app off your phone; read what comes with your order, so you can nick anything you don't want on your particular order. It's a food court, so the ambience is busy & noisy, large TV screens every direction if you're trying to keep up with a particular sport or event. We ordered from both the smashed burger place, Lola's Burger & Shalom Y'all. The chicken shawarma pita wrap from Shalom Y'all was tasty, very nicely done, freshly made, the sauce used was the bomb, in short very well done. Lola's Burgers offers smashed burger, to your liking, along with fries. The burger was good, the fries a tad greasy. Something to consider, if you order from 2 separate places your food does not come up at the same time, the burger place was hopping, while the Greek place was slower, so there was a 10/15 minute difference waiting for the second order to catch up. read more

I would recommend the Proper Eats Food Hall for a few places only! If you need a quick and easy breakfast without leaving the hotel, I would recommend "Egg Head" and "Wexler" for breakfast. You will not be disappointed. There is also a donut shop called "Speakeasy Donuts"where you can order some tasty donuts and some hot or iced coffee that are worth the price. Unfortunately, the other food court options did not meet my expectations. On the upside, there was plenty of seating space and the service was fairly quick. For the Wexler, you order off your phone and then will be notified via text once your order is ready. Egg Head required you to order at the actual register but was fairly quick at getting you your order. I will give the food hall a solid 4 out 5 only for the ones I recommended. read more

Take as long as you want to look at the menu of several places and can order from many places at once so everybody doesn't have to eat at the same place. This is where it gets a bit complicated. Sometimes it says make it a combo and it shows a price that it would be with the combo but online there is no option to actually make a combo with what you're ordering.. They have a great drink selection, but it will set you back seven dollars for a very small cup. On our last day in Vegas, we stumbled upon this food hall by accident. We wanted quick food before our next adventure and didn't want to do full service with multiple courses. Additionally, my little guys are notoriously picky eaters and everyone wants a totally different thing. I'll review the places individually that we tried, but the overall location was very nice. The place was decorated nicely for Christmas and was more posh than any food court I've ever been to. I love the fact that you can scan a QR code and see all of the menus for each location. There is free wifi so you don't have to waste your data. Ordering was easy and the food was ready faster than anticipated. I got a text message and sent the husband to grab the first batch of food. Then, I got another text message and I grabbed my food and finally he grabbed the last order. This was the most inconvenient part, everything was ready at different times and we got up a lot. However, if you are at your typical mall food court you have the same issue when you divide and conquer. Again, it's pricey, but we expect to spend our pennies when in Vegas. Pro tip: Cut your expenses where you can. Everyone doesn't need to upgrade to the combo. So far I've only tried the Laughing Buddha Ramen so this review is just for that. If I eat at any of the other places, I'll try to tack them on later. I had the Tonkotsu Ramen and Pork Bao and both dishes were misses. The Ramen broth has zero depth to it so it just kinda tastes like bland chicken broth. The Baos were rather dry and the bun itself was hard and chewy. The total damage for the meal was roughly 42 dollars so the food is far too expensive for the value. Dissapointing and sleepy was our impression of the new food hall in Aria. I get the logistics and cost savings of these food halls, which are the equivalent of a shopping mall food court, but man, so low energy. I'm sorry but the buffet, as much as it is over the top and encourages eating way too much, but that's point, the indulgence is what makes a Vegas experience...we're not there to to diet and watch our waistlines! Thank you Cosmo for keeping Wicked Spoon! What could be improved, for one the quality of the food. It was OK, but needs to be great. More variety, perhaps some late night hours for certain vendors.
