They have 4 different kinds and I decided to go with a chicken shawarma wrap. It was of very good size, wrapped in a grilled lavash bread with beautiful char marks. The shawarma was very juicy, tender and packed with flavor. The chicken was drizzled by their white sauce and accompanied by fresh lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and red onions. Each bite was decadent and yummy. The crispiness of the lavash and the tenderness of the marinated chicken went hand in hand and created an awesome, delicious meal. The place is a food truck type of spot with 2 plastic tables for dining right there on the spot. You can see one of the chefs cooking kabob on open fire just to the side of the truck and they even have a portable faucet for washing your hands. But this gentleman actually took the time to chop the chicken up, along with some vegetables, before placing it on the lavash bread.
