They cook the food on an open grill right infront of the restaurant on hot coals; you can't beet that. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back, ty guys The staff are friendly and service good. It has a clean vibrant look inside with one wall painted really well. #ViBN @Kaliking806 (IG)

Food looked good but couldn't eat it as I asked for no onion and there was tons of it. I'm allergic. My fault for not checking also I asked for steak and I didn't get it. I'm so disappointed with my order, I paid 30ish dollars for what?! I was too far for me to even turn around. I'm sure the food is great but not for me. So check your orders! Customer service is horrible, they hung up on me and they didn't pick up anymore. I was going to give them another chance but with attitude be aware.

Found a metal shard in my food today. Totally unacceptable and scary. Be very careful before eating here.

I used Postmates to order from them and the food is really good and amazing. I assume the service was great and I cannot say much about the ambience. But they got my order right packed very well secure, and the food taste amazing

This place deserves 100+ Stars!!! This is a must-visit spot if you're in Los Angeles! The food is incredibly delicious, the service is excellent, and it's the perfect place to enjoy your lunch on a busy day. I highly recommend it to everyone--it's my go-to spot every single day! Clean and great place!!!

Oh my goodness, this was the best falafel salad I ever had!!! It reminded me of an Armenian Burrito!! Don't walk there, RUN!! Hands down the best in the world, and the owners are cute and friendly!!!

This place is amazing, for the price you get a lot of food, the Kabobbs were big portions juicy and cooked on a skewer over an charcoal open flame outside. Rice is soft and tasty, hummus has great flavor and the seasoned fries were delicious. Very nice people great service was very fast.

First time trying this place and it was so damn good. Take your time to sit down and chat, had a really nice time relaxing between an oil change.

    Worth shawarma I ever tried...

I was customer for this place for years, today came to buy my favourite shawarma, it cost $19 just for shawarma, it's ok, but food was horrible, meat was old, hard to eat, taste worth that I tried before... very disappointed about that place, looks like new owners there, don't recommend to go there.. expensive, old meat, not tasty....

Tasted ok, but $18 for shawarma is absolutely ridiculous. Its like paying $18 for shredded pork and some chopped veggies.

And the generous side of caesar dressing is the very BEST I've ever had. Wish I could have saved it and slathered it on everything. The Turk sando was very good, but more like a 4/5. Solid fillings and good ratios, but not a WOWER. Added chips and 2 desserts: the chocolate chip cookie which was outrageous, loaded with chocolate in every bite, and the lemon olive oil cake was divine. Pro tip: do not skip out on the desserts. Our order was accurate and pickup was easy. Prices were fair. Will visit again, especially for the wraps.

One of the seasonal specials is the Martha which is an upgraded version of chicken salad (Tarragon chicken salad, apples, shaved fennel, arugula, basil, lemon, garlic aioli on grilled Ciabatta, $16) which sounded pretty good. I placed the order online and headed over to this busy section of Studio City. Street parking can be tricky especially in the afternoon, and there are 'parking ticketers' out in force. This was my first time here at this location, but they had a handy takeout window at the one end, and a friendly guy handed me the bag. As for the food, I could only eat half of the sandwich; one reason is because it was a Lot of sandwich and second, I didn't really enjoy this for the most part (I did give the other half to a hungry co-worker who did like it). Then my favorite part, the cookies. I ordered two orders (two come in an order) so I had four to enjoy. The first bag was a decent sized pair of cookies, but they shafted me on the second order. This was basically one cookie cut to make two which was clearly noticeable compared to the other order. I was too far to return these but next time, it's something I will check on before leaving. I didn't have this problem the first time I came here (even though it was a different location) but as for anything, I recommend checking your order prior to leaving. Otherwise, I will be returning to Ggiata but maybe for a classic Turk or Antonia, or even the arancini side-

We grabbed two breakfast sandwiches, one with bacon and one without, and both were standout in their own way. The first thing you notice? These sandwiches come out piping hot, wrapped tight and ready to go. Crack them open and you're hit with perfectly cooked eggs and an almost ridiculous amount of gooey, melted cheese. Not skimpy, not balanced, loaded in the best possible way. The Kaiser roll deserves its own shoutout: lightly toasted with just enough crunch on the outside while staying soft and pillowy inside. It holds everything together without getting soggy, even with all that cheese. * The meat version had crispy, flavorful bacon layered just right, salty, smoky, and not overdone. * The meatless one didn't feel like a compromise at all, still rich, filling, and honestly just as indulgent thanks to the cheese and eggs. No frills, no gimmicks, just classic deli breakfast sandwiches executed really well. Bottom line: If you want a hot, cheesy, perfectly toasted breakfast sandwich that actually hits the spot, Paulie's is a win. I can't wait to go back for lunch!

My dining companion had the Penne Alla Vodka which she really liked. I didn't get to try any, but if a pasta dish is the winner from a deli, well, enough said. A while back, Yelp listed this as a business to try. I'd saved this for the next time I was in Studio City. My entire feeling while heading home was "I drove all the way over here for this?!"

Their Stand Burger is juicy perfection--perfectly cooked patty, fresh toppings, and those signature sauces make it stand out from the usual fast-casual places. Tried the Red Curry Chicken Sandwich recently and it was packed with flavor--spicy, savory, and not too heavy. Portions are generous, and the sides (those fries!) are addictive. What really makes it special though is the service. Shoutout to Justin (the manager)--he's super hands-on, friendly, and genuinely cares about making sure everything's great. He checked in on us during our visit, and you can tell the whole team is on point because of that leadership. The place is clean, the vibe is chill and welcoming, and it's consistently impressive every time I come back (this was my 4th or 5th visit). One week night I came by with my sis. I've been craving a good burger. It didn't have to be fancy or had anything specific or special about it. Just a plain good ol cheeseburger. Although they did have the Stand Burger I changed it up just a tad and went for the ABC. Got adventurous and added an extra patty. Sis asked me if my craving for the burger has been killed. I told her that I am happy about having a burger but I messed up adding the extra patty and the craving is still on. Adding the extra patty made the burger feel dry and it was just too much. It wasn't you, it was me. The other night I was with my nieces and suggested to go to The Stand. I wanted redemption for my mistake. Thought what was missing last time was probably a slice of cheese accompanying that extra patty. This visit, I ordered the Havarti Shroom Burger: added extra patty, added cheese. I asked the cashier if its possible to have the cheese on top of the extra patty and explained it just like "cheese, patty, cheese, patty, medium cooked". They looked confused but seemed to have made it happen? Order arrived and it the burger came cheese, cheese, patty, patty, well done. I didn't want to bother trying to correct the order and just went with it. One of the niece was smart enough to tell me to flip the bottom patty so now its patty, cheese, cheese, patty. That didn't really help. lol It wasn't me this time, it was you. All in all I am in a loss with adding extra patty at The Stand. Guys, don't do it. Parking: paid private structure, if you're lucky you can find free parking spots on ground level VERDICT: Rinse and repeat
