Chef Asia brought one latte and we though perhaps they'll bring the second shortly but it never came so we approached the counter and they quickly prepared the 2nd apologized for the wait and asked if we would like a 2nd order of beignets of course we said yes because they were sooooooo yummy. These literally melt in your mouth like warm edible fluffy pillows with powdered sugar. Chef Asia personally brought the 2nd order, she was very friendly!!! Credit cards are accepted. My dad loved his bone marrow taco (Huesi taco) which was a huge bone and came with pickled red onions and cilantro. I got a sample plate which came with a soft taco (suave), hard taco (dorado), and a soft taco with cheese (quesi taco) in addition to an 8oz consommé (broth). The quesi taco was my favorite one - the cheese goes so well with the consommé and it's so tender and flavorful I'm getting hungry just writing about it. There are more than 30 food trucks to choose from. Come early though because long lines form easily and favorites might run out early. Businesses remain open during the event and offer specials such as discounts and free samplings of their products. Lots of free private and street parking. People walk up and down the boulevard browsing stores, avail of samples and discounts, buy food and desserts from the trucks, etc. They come in groups, either with family members or circle of friends. A lot of people also bring their dogs along with them for a good walk. This is a fantastic event to attend to so if you are interested, mark your calendars every last Friday of each month and enjoy one fantastic evening along the boulevard.

The Mandarin salad contained lettuce, green onions, cilantro, avocado, crispy noodles, & Mandarin oranges. It was tossed in a sweet & spicy sauce dressing. The lettuce was crisp, avocado was fresh, the noodles were crunchy, and the Mandarin slices were thick, fat, & juicy! Everything together was tasty, but the dressing took it to the next level! It was so different and amazing! The homemade tortilla chips were also delish. They were topped with their secret Go Fusion Seasoning and a hint of lime. So yummy!
