The Yukon now slips into reduced speed mode on a regular and leaks oil like it's pissing to save its life. And that would be due to the fact that the rear main seal was not done as they said it would. And upon calling them to ask why we were hung up on multiple times, disrespected beyond belief and told that it wasn't included in the bill. But after finally being able to speak with some asshat manager he proceeded to read off all that was on the service order, and the very first thing was THE REAR MAIN SEAL. When we asked him to read the first repair on the list again he started yelling at us, told us we were crazy and never call there again. Now this is all after they called us and told us the Yukon was ready but upon "test driving" the Yukon in their parking lot there was a loud snapping sound and the Yukon would not move, shift gears and started smoking. Best of luck to anyone that is a customer at this place, is being referred by a customer or business or for the love of god himself has a vehicle there and is waiting the ridiculous wait period to get their vehicle back. That will not be completely completed.

Found a used sway bar and bracket and replaced all the worm bushings. Of course this took time and some very skilled people to do this properly. The price was very reasonable even with the extensive labor involves. You can trust Trico to treat you right and do an excellent job. Ronald Foster

I consider myself fairly knowledgeable on most car issues, however, to me a transmission is just a big black box of unknowns so finding someone who is both honest and knowledgeable was a big concern. After shopping around I picked Trico and I am very glad I did. I found Steve and Bob both to be very helpful by giving me pricing on several options. I picked having Bob rebuild my existing transmission in-house and he did a great job in less than a week. After 600 miles, Bob has you come back in for a check-up which to my surprise was free. Each time I dealt with either Steve or Bob I felt like they were looking out for me and not trying to sell me something I did not need. I highly recommend Trico!

Took no time to install and I was on my way and it was much cheaper than going to the dealership. Fast forward a few days and my cars displayed an alert that my blind side detector was not working and I needed to see the dealer. Reached back out to Butch and he came out to diagnosis. We both figured it was due to the after market mirror I told him to go with and not one directly from the dealer. We were right. He ordered a new one that would fix the issue and was back out to install within days. Even though I should've gone with the dealer mirror initially, it was still much cheaper. His prices, service, warranty and kindness are unmatched. Highly recommend!

Butch handled the diagnosis with precision and expertise, taking the time to thoroughly inspect the system instead of just guessing at the issue. Butch explained the problems in clear, simple terms, from worn components to tricky wiring that comes with age. What impressed me most was his respect for the originality of my vintage GM car. The A/C now runs ice-cold and the airflow feels just like it did when the car was new. It's rare to find technicians who understand the unique challenges of vintage GM HVAC systems, but Butch absolutely delivered. Honest, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft--if you own a classic GM, this is the man to trust
