Really appreciate both Kelard and Yola for their hard work and detail! They would call me all the time with updates on different part/product, delays, which we really needed to hear through the remodeling process. Also, Kelard helped give me advice for a friend of mine in Los Angeles that burnt his marble counter with a hot cooking pan. He gave me what a normal buffing job estimate would be in a big city after looking at my friend's photos. Really kind of him. No one greeted us or even acknowledged us until we approached them and asked for assistance. Despite that, their pricing seemed reasonable, so we decided to move forward. I regret that decision. I was given two kitchen layout/options, selected Option A, confirmed it, and paid. Option A included two custom doors that we had discussed repeatedly and that their measurer specifically measured for. Weeks later, I discovered the two custom doors had not been properly ordered. Instead of taking accountability, I was told this was somehow my fault because I didn't "confirm again" after I had already selected and confirmed Option A. Even more frustrating, I was then told that I never ordered custom doors at all--despite discussing them during multiple meetings, having their employee measure for them, selecting the option that included them, and actually receiving one custom-height door with my order, just in the wrong width. Mistakes happen. What makes this experience unacceptable is the complete lack of accountability, disrespectful communication, and attempt to place responsibility on the customer rather than correct their own error. DO NOT work with this company. A lower price is not worth the aggravation, disrespect, and unprofessionalism. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

This shop fabricated the top and threshold to our specifications very quickly. We were able to see the slab beforehand at the warehouse in Avon, which was very convenient to Braintree. In addition, I was able to consult directly with one of the fabricators, Hugo, and pick up the finished materials. Hugo provided outstanding customer service. I'll be going back for materials on future jobs.

I wanted modern floors done (something all the other companies can't seem to wrap their head around) I wanted visible grains with a matte finish. Alot of other companies told me I couldn't have visible grains, but Tri said there was a new method he had developed in order to achieve that look I wanted. He uses high end material for my floors, which is what I expect. He was able to give me a quote from my blueprints and have everything done for me while I was away on vacation. They are extremely trustworthy (I watched them work on my house camera) Throughout the whole process he updated me on the progress and showed me photos to make sure I was happy.
