Took my car in for a seemingly minor electrical repair.  Was…read moretold one week.  Called in a week, not repaired but found a more serious problem they could fix, call in a week.  Called in a week.  In fixing the "second" problem, they damaged my engine and needed to install new valves on the passenger side to repair.  Call in a week.  Called in a week "almost done".  Demanded car be repaired and returned to me immediately, told I could meet manager and pick up car Monday.  Picked up car on Monday-manager not present (now 21 days total).  Original problem: not fixed nor documented. Dirty repair rags left of the front seat of my car. Secondary problem now (apparently) fixed.  No use of my car for three weeks (loaner was offered in the last week only).  In short, disreputable business, bordering on if not outright fraud.  Do not take your or anyone else's vehicle there for any reason ever- or I expect you will regret it based on my experience.

They fabricated a piece that would fix the problem. He had it done in under 15 minutes. His nephew welded it and out the door I went. Places like this don't exist in this modern world we live in today. It's all about money and time. This place gave you a feeling of going to an old friends house to check out your car. Bob also found a missing motor mount bolt. He looked around the shop and was able to find one to replace it. Free of charge. Anthony was great in helping prioritize my trucks needs and offered a great price for the work. Truck was done in a couple days and the work done was awesome. They even found a few corners other mechanics had cut and fixed them up. Anthony was quick to communicate any unexpected findings and to go over all the options. He also kept me up to date all on the work being done. It's hard to find an honest and good mechanic, I count myself as lucky and having found one for myself.

I took my Toyota truck for a muffler replacement. The technician installed the muffler very close to the rear springs. As a result, when ever I put a light load, the muffler would hit the spring. I brought the vehicle back to remedy the problem and the shop owner wanted additional $70 to fix the problem. She said that is my fault for carrying the load. She also stated that there is no warranty what so ever on the work that being done at her shop. I strongly suggest that you should avoid this place and take your business somewhere else.

Since the car isn't made any more and neither are any of the components, they worked with me to try to find parts. I ended up finding that the controller is not available, and found a refurbished battery pack through Fiat Chrysler. They were very patient waiting a long time for the battery to be shipped from the east coast, and when they put it in and got it programmed, it now has about 15% more range than it had when it was new! They kept me posted on the work through the whole process, and I recommend them highly.

I reached out looking for a shop to install a universal muffler that I had purchased online. When I gave the shop a call, they told me to come in for a consultation to evaluate what type of work would need to be done for the installation. When I arrived, I was helped right away and I was shown what kind of work would need to be done in order to install the muffler, how much it would cost, and an estimate of how long it would take. I had seen a lot of great reviews on this shop, so I decided to go ahead and book the service! I believe the whole installation only took a couple of hours and when I came back to the shop to pick up my car I was extremely happy and excited about the service that was done! Right when they gave me the keys, they "said go ahead and give it a rev!" And I was in love with the new sound of my muffler! Unfortunately for my car, they had to remove the old muffler and cut off a piece of the tailpipe so that the new muffler would fit in. (It's not a bolt on) but I was so happy with the low, loud rumbling sound that my car makes now!
