I did a couples massage and while the massage was nice, they make you pay and add tip before the service begins which I added a pretty decent tip for the two. As we are walking out the lady stops us and puts the receipt in front of us with disbelieve asking if this tip was for both, I said yes and she goes "more." This honestly ruined my mood after receiving a relaxing massage. I did not appreciate being forced to add more tip when it was already a good amount added. If I wanted to tip more, I would've added more. I didn't need anyone forcing and putting me under pressure to add more. read more

So horrible and I want to post the pics of my wife and all but of course they deleted my last review !! It's so sad that my wife was sexually assaulted and we will be having the news come to see about the cameras and everything in the private areas that the people are changing in. So disgusting these people are !!! They hurt my wife and my wife told the woman that it hurts. And she continued. She never used her hands she only used her elbows the entire time... the wine bath isn't a bath they just squirt stuff on my wife like it's a damn nerf water gun... she was totally violated and wasn't even taken care of in a proper manner as far as her privacy. She didn't feel comfortable at all. She had bruises all over her back and arms and every place she told the lady that she was hurting my wife on. If I could give this no start I would. And when I spoke to the manager he said he will get back with me but they keep ignoring my calls and want to get mad cause they hurt my wife ????? How can you get mad because you hurt someone. This is completely UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I will be taking legal action and have every part of the news or as much as I can possible to make sure this situation is handled the correct way. read more

Me and a friend came for massages and thought everything was mediocre. The massage was a little rushed, and the wine bath wasn't relaxing (it wasn't a bath, it was more like they scrub you and rub wine on you). But if it weren't for what happened to us, I actually would've recommended the place, however the way that this situation that I'm about to tell you was handled was very poorly. Upon walking out, I gave the lady who gave me a massage a tip. I thought it was fair. This is what I tipped other masseuses in the area, and they had no issue with it. Before we could walk out the door however, the lady in the front said "Oh you only tipped $xx, this is not enough. She massaged you for 2 hours! (well she actually said 2 hours to exaggerate the time but it was actually 1.5 hr)". Mind you, this is in front of people and my friend is beside me. I honestly don't care to argue, so I said "ok, I'll give you extra". And so I did, before I left. Now tipping extra for me is not an issue, however if you expect 20% tip for the service, you should have a sign, otherwise nobody would know and would tip what they feel is right. Don't bully your clients into tipping more. I really felt like I was berated and embarrassed to even have to be asked for extra. If I was told upon coming in of these expectations, it would NOT have been a problem. Again, think twice if you decide to go here. It's pretty tactless of a business to ask you something like that. A tip is COMPLETELY a person by person basis. I've never experienced anything like that. It's a little disheartening because we really wanted to come back! But yea, that's a no go anymore. read more

Very enjoyable personalities and the messages were probably the best we ever had in the US. I would highly recommend this place and both of them. One tip is to bring enough cash so you don't get charged with taxes. And we tip generously at 25%-30%. read more

So today my husband and I came in for massages. I got the 1 hour foot massage + 30 minute body massage. The online package said "with foot care treatment" but I don't know why they didn't do that for me? My husband got the 1 hour body + 30 minute foot massage. Firstly, the place itself looked nice. But when we got to the room for the body massages, the tables were NOT heated, they were cold. And they dont put a blanket over you, just a towel, which is again, not heated. I was freezing. The oil they use on you also is not heated. Also, they didn't dim the lights so it was really bright and not relaxing. When we get to the massage room, there was NO sort of consult or conversation with the masseuses. They never asked "what part of your body do you want us to focus on?" or anything like that. They just started massaging. That was very strange. NOW... Oh my god. The massage. The body massage was SO PAINFUL. I kept telling my masseuse that it's too hard, and she would just laugh/chuckle. When I would wince in pain and wiggle my body away from her, she again would just laugh. WTF? It was so painful and it took everything in me to not just stand up and leave. When she moved down to my thighs, as she was massaging them, her hands absolutely brushed past my vulva more than once. It was very uncomfortable. I've gotten full body massages before plenty of times but never have they ever come so close to my genitals that they would actually brush up against my vulva like that. Another thing, I have a sort of slight hump on my back from where my neck curves at the base of my spine. When she started working on this, for some reason she asked me "are you ok?" and I said "yeah why" and she said "oh this hump" and started laughing. It was awkward and now my body dismorphia is causing my self-esteem to go straight out the window due to her comment. Anyway, so my masseuse says it's time for me to move to the foot massage room. My husband, since he was getting the 1 hour body massage, stays in the first room we were in. I go to the foot massage room which is a room with multiple chairs, so it's not private. There were other people in the chairs getting massages. Fine by me. Except the person next to me and their masseuse kept TALKING!! Like wtf? It's supposed to be a relaxing atmosphere, the lights were dimmed, and the calm music was playing. But nope they just kept talking. Not whispering, but just normal talking voice. So much for relaxing. My foot massage was supposed to be 1 hour long. Well, the first 30 minutes of that was for head, neck, and arms/hands. Why? Those areas were already tackled during my body massage. And I knew it was 30 minutes long because my husband had arrived for his foot massage, meaning there was only 30 minutes left in our session. The next 30 minutes was a mix of legs and feet. But I swear, the majority of it was focused on my legs (calves and shins). In total, the amount of time actually spent on my actual foot was maybe 5 minutes. What the actual... I paid for a 1 hour foot massage. Not a 5 minute foot massage. My feet were what was giving me pain. And they barely touched it. Here's the wierdest part. She... put one hand on the base of my neck, like how a person may want to be "choked" like in a sexual/play way, and then with her other hand, she rubbed my belly in a circular motion like Santa Claus rubbing his belly has he laughs. What..... the... F... (I would use many more choice words, but I don't know Yelp's policy on that). It was very awkward, and again, my anxiety and self-esteem are through the f'n window because it was almost like she was taunting my big belly (I'm a plus sized woman. AKA: fat). It wasn't a massage on my belly. It was literally just rubbing it, in circles. And what's with the weird choke?? Aaaaanyway. Apparently my husband didn't like his massage that much, as he said it didn't really help his shoulder pain at all. But he didn't have the weird ass experiences I had. I don't want to come back here. I feel really confused, uncomfortable, and honestly a little violated with the masseuse brushing past my vulva. I'm not ok, guys. read more

What an experience! I have never had a massage like this! It was a massage and and a "body stretch". My body was twisted and turned all over but it felt great! The staff is nice and the parlor is cute! My sister and I picked the couples room because of the decor! We went for my mom's birthday and she loved it. Booked online for a hot stone foot massage and body scrub. Ada was wonderful for both services. The environment is very open for foot massages. It didn't bother me, but just know it is not in a private area and right by the entrance so you have alot of noise. The hot stone part of the 60 min foot massage was maybe 4-5 mins only, it is not worth the extra 10$. The body scrub or bath per the menu was great. It is in the locker room area, so again not fully private. The Ice room is not functioning, looks like a storage room..The warm room is not as hot as a regular sauna, but a lovely area. Other customers can make or break that experience. I came for peace and quiet, but others not so much. Didn't bother me much, but I definitely enjoyed it more without outside noise. Locker room amenities were just shampoo and hand soap. No lotion, mouthwash, or others items that most spas have available. I will definitely return, regardless of the few minor things mentioned above. read more

I went during the day on a weekday and it was not busy which worked out wonderful...or so we thought. The massage was not very enjoyable. The lady massaging me had her phone on while giving the massage and she answered it multiple times and was talking on the phone! This was completely distracting especially because we made sure to turn off our phones in consideration. The notifications kept going off on her phone as well so I was not able to relax from the noise. Also there was a lot of walking in and out of the rooms by both of the ladies giving us the massages. I'm assuming they kept leaving to get more supplies or something but it was also distracting. We have been to a few Asian massage parlors and this one was an outstanding one. Not only did they treat us like royalty but they did such an amazing job at relaxing us and making sure we were VERY comfortable. I'm 7 months pregnant and they took extra efforts to make sure I was supported and comfy and they even helped me up off the beds! Their facilities are extremely clean and nice. went here for the first time about two weeks ago and left in physical pain and shock. i showed up early for my appointment and maybe bc this was my first time here-but i was taken aback by the fact they asked me to pay up front. of course there was a tip option but i did not because how are you going to do that appropriately if you have yet to receive the massage? figured i would just leave cash at the end in the amt that corresponded with the massage. i go for my massage and they guy beats me down! on several occassions i asked him not to go too deep bc i am familiar that deep tissue can leave soreness and bruising. i asked at least 7 times as it was no longer comfortable. at some points it was unbearable. wen it was over-even after the pain i attempted to go get cash from the car. the ladies at the front desk yelled at me to come back. before i realized what was happening the ladies had begun to use white out on my receipt and kept saying "tip tip tip." like omg why do u have white out on deck and how dare u change my cc authorization?? will def not return. not worth the pain or the poss fraud they got going on. side note: was bruised and sore for 6days after read more
