    Killer keto for dinner

As a 47 year old going into perimenopause I learned what your eating is so important. This place provides not only fresh but good tasting meals. Also customer service is key to me and Ian,Dayah and JJ the cook were so kind considering it was 7am in the morning. I moved to Gilbert from California and have found it hard to find places that taste good and this place never disappoints me. This place is one of my favorite places especially since I am going through changes. I don't cook and the chef here always cooks my food perfect and never burnt and today the chef split up my order and still made it look amazing. It's nice to know they care 100% and it's not phony it's true understanding it blew my mind how they helped me with adding supplements to my drink to help me feel better. Seriously thank you

You have to love a restaurant that commits to the value proposition!!!! Proteinhouse does just that by centering a menu around healthy food that can help you on your fitness goals without sacrificing taste. Their touchscreen ordering system enables you to take your time making your selection as you peruse through their many offerings. The decor is centered around fitness and they fully commit by offering sodas that match that health promise. Some of you might be saying "where's the Coca Cola" and to those of you that say that I say "you're missing the point." The customer that they lose by not offering sugary poison products they will more than overcome by developing raving fans.

We have been coming here since it opened. I think it's changed hands a couple times with owners and it keeps improving. Every time we went there for protein shakes and a little protein snack we snacked on the sweet potato brownies and the chocolate chip cookie bowls. they were amazing. It was pretty busy and a lot of people were eating the food so I'm sure it is great. We will be back. They were very cautious of my daughter's date Allergy, which I really appreciated and they have gluten-free options. Their menu is huge and it's full of healthy meal options or pre-gym meals or even after the gym protein shake.

Decided to stop in for breakfast, it was pretty empty with only one person waiting for the meal. We ordered the breakfast sandwich and the breakfast burrito. Very pleased with the choices of condiments available to put on your food, in addition salsa came with both meals which was surprisingly spicy. Everything was clean and well stocked.

This Protein house is located off Higley Rd. The positives are they do have their calorie counts and macros on their website: http://www.protein-house.com/menu/ The neutrals/negatives are their burgers are on the smaller side. We got the PH burger, Aloha burger, and Ninja burger (see photos). The chicken in the Aloha burger and tuna in the Ninja burger did not fill the bun. At more than $10 a burger, I think you need to get more bang for your buck. I ate both the PH burger and Aloha burger and still was hungry after a borderline active day. Everything tasted fine but just more for your money is what I was expecting

The place wasn't busy at all, went there at about 6pm on a Tuesday. We used the kiosk to order food, it was very easy to use. The food came out in a a realistic time and came out hot and fresh. This sandwich was so good and I highly recommend. The space was very clean although there was no trash cans. I definitely recommend this place if you have goals to stick too!!

Mediterranean wrap and fruit - Delivery
    Erin D.

My friends eat here often so I thought I would try it out. We ordered delivery and was happy to slide over the food traveled well. The Mediterranean wrap was yummy- a good balance of ingredients and a sturdy wheat tortilla. The fruit was good - a decent mix of pineapple, melons, grapes and orange. My wife got the Aloha burger with the collard greens wrap instead of a bun. She was pleased with her choice. I really appreciate all their healthy options. The menu is refreshingly unique with lots of options across the spectrum. I will definitely be ordering from here again to try their bison burger and a shake!

We were immediately greeted by smiling hostesses and quickly shown to our table. Our server, Zachary, was exceptional. Whether helping guests, clearing dishes, resetting tables, or simply making sure everyone was taken care of, he did it all with the same smile and genuine courtesy. What impressed me most was that the hospitality wasn't limited to our server. One of the hostesses stopped by our table just to see how we were enjoying ourselves and stayed for a little conversation. It's a small gesture, but those are the moments that turn dinner at a restaurant into something memorable. Add a guitarist performing in the background, a warm, relaxed setting, and an upbeat energy throughout the room, and Cork & Craft manages to feel polished without ever feeling pretentious. And then there's the food. I had the Cajun Chicken Risotto, which was absolutely delicious...rich, flavorful, and the kind of dish that makes you slow down because you don't want it to disappear too quickly. We somehow found room for dessert afterward, with several tempting options to choose from. Great food can bring you into a restaurant once. Genuine hospitality makes you want to come back. Cork & Craft delivered both. Highly recommend Cork & Craft on S. Gilbert Road in Chandler. We'll definitely be back.

My son had ordered food from here as takeout last year. The food taste was interesting, though, I really like the cheese dip for the pretzel bites. The bites were pretty big. Lots of tables at this location, a bit warm. But our party of 14 was easily accommodated. Our daughter chose this place and it was quite loud. My husband and I are quiet people, so if we were to choose again, probably not here because of the loudness and all the TVs all over the place. But for those who like it loud, TVs and do not mind the prices on the menu, have at it. I don't remember our server's name. If she told us, I couldn't hear what she said. She was alright. Honestly, I had a hard time hearing even my son who sat next to me, and hearing my sister who sat one seat over in front of me, I couldn't hear what she was saying. Loudness is an issue for me and I do not have hearing issues. Our bill with tip came to over $700+. That was the most expensive lunch we've ever spent for our party of 14. Typically we're in the $400-500 range. But it was a special occasion. My husband and son got the 36 hr ribs. My husband really loved them. My son said it was okay. I didn't ask my brother and BIL who also got the same dish. I know my BIL was unhappy that he didn't get the side he requested and when they gave it to him (asparagus, I think), it was cold and he wasn't pleased about this. I got the hub burger and it was okay. There was a lot on the burger, but the patty itself, didn't have that much flavor. Some of the "Starters" or appetizers things were salted too much, but the burger did not taste like it had any salt. I had eaten too many starters so when my food came, I wasn't very hungry and took most of it home and ate for dinner another night. My husband and son do not like coleslaw and I ate theirs. THIS I really liked and tasted much better than KFC. I loved the sweetness and that the cabbage was shredded bigger than KFC. The pretzel bites were good. We got wings, and they were so-so. The roasted brussel sprouts were too salty. The deviled eggs were okay, but pricey for 2.5 eggs, which I do pay at Trader Joe's for organic free range pasturized eggs I could've gotten over 2 dozens. But, yes, I pay for the service and ambiance. I really thought there would be more than 5 halves for the deviled eggs. We got the nachos and they were okay. The melted cheese sauce was the best part. My mom got the fish and chips and she seemed to pick at it. She didn't want to take home, so it must not have been that good because she almost always takes a doggy bag home. My sister had the salmon and it was in a huge bowl and didn't look to be that much food. It was pricey. One of my SILs got something I didn't recognize and she said it was okay. No one I could tell was over the moon with the taste of the food and I heard the word "interesting" quite a bit. It's not that it tasted bad, but it didn't really taste good good. You know what I mean? I did bring a special order cake I got at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Gilbert. I asked Culinary Dropout if we could borrow a cake cutter. They didn't have one. Weird. This was a Red Velvet cake and this was absolutely divine. It was moist. The frosting was some sort of yummy cream cheese frosting. The cake was perfectly sized for our party of 14. The cake was the best part of our meal and it didn't come from Culinary Dropout. I would pay this much for a meal at Roy's for lunch for this sized party, but alas, all the Roy's in the valley are closed down. So sad. I'm not saying this place is bad or the food tastes bad. It's okay and pricey. If the food was great or amazing, we don't mind pricey. We have paid over $1K for meals for our big party, and happily do so when the food is equivalent to the price.
