The quality of their food is really good. The quantity is filling and they stick true to their name and slogan. It's all about Protein!!! They also have Vegan Protein options available and awesome shakes and acai bowls. The staff is cool and I love the high energy vibe. Good music, spacious atmosphere, nice and clean. I can't believe this place doesn't get more attention...it has everything. It's like a ChopShop type place but a way larger menu. It's my favorite go to for a shake after the gym, or a quick and healthy dinner after a long day. Fantastic food, shakes, and treats- my favorite thing ever are the protein peanut butter cookies!!! First timers. Place was super nice & clean when you enter. Nice selections on menu. But our order was wrong. Was supposed to be a vegan burger & a vegan wrap, but ended up w/ 2 vegan wraps. So could only review the wraps. They were good, not great. Side of fruit was yummy. Potato sticks didn't look like sticks at all (see pic) Person taking order was nice. Got stellar help and assistance understanding the menu and ordering option from both Rudy and Michelle, who we're attentive and extremely patient and friendly. Ordered the Thai Monster bowl at the recommendation of Rudy, minus grains/low carb, and it was great! All fresh ingredients, from scratch- so filling and satisfying. Very clean environment with Chive TV entertainment projected on a wall- quote engaging for all customers that were there when we were; and happy customers all around. Such a good option for whatever diet your heart desires. I am vegetarian/pescatarian so ProteinHouse did serve me well. There are so many options on the menu from salads, wraps, rice bowls to just creating whatever the heck you want! I'm also up for anywhere that has acai bowls. As amazing as this menu was for me, the food just wasn't up to par flavor-wise all around. Husband and I ordered the Plant Power bowl (vegan), the salmon wrap, and the Berry Blast acai smoothie. This is a fast casual place where you line up to order/receive a pager. Food was ready in a timely manner- no complaints there. However, delving into our visually pleasing entrees was nothing to be excited about. I asked the husband to grab us some hot sauce right away and found myself pouring more and more to make up for our bland dishes. I still wasn't satisfied so ended up going back to the counter and luckily found a basket full of sauce cups -- I grabbed teriyaki and barbecue. I drowned my bowl in both sauces and was finally appeased, but I believe entrees should stand well on their own. Unfortunately they did not. And I kept telling myself that I could have made this easily at home for much cheaper. The acai smoothie I thought would be great was just okay for me. Also bland. Such a shame. I'm so glad we did hands down best food we stopped for breakfast and dinner and were not disappointed. Protein house is pricey but again you want clean ingredients there's a cost to that! got the worst service ever just now. I came in to get the juice I always get and I was told I had to just order something from the juice menu and I wasn't able to create my own even though they had all the ingredients. honestly I would of just been understanding and left but the cashier was super rude and judgmental and had the worst attitude towards me must suck to be that annoyed. I gave protein house a try for the first time and they got my order wrong! I ordered a chicken ceaser wrap and they gave me some other wrap that had beef in it! The only reason I didn't complain about it was because I had walked to protein house to pick up my order and I wasn't about to walk back so they could fix it. I just ate it because it was the same price as what I originally had ordered and I'm not a picky eater. But the fact that they got it wrong when It was a simple order sucks. The beef wrap wasn't all that, it was a bit bland, for the prices they have for their food I expect it to taste not bland! Lol but the fruit salad that came with it was yummy. read more

I love their food, their staff and all but today, July 25th I left Protein House with a bad taste on my mouth. Although they seemed to have gotten everything right regarding the pandemic, they are not enforcing the face mask requirement. Today a large group of young people who obviously either work or are members of the F45 next door .... were NOT wearing masks at their table and speaking loud, laughing, etc ... Seemed like they were in a night club. A repeat of what happened in Scottsdale when the lockdown was lifted and AZ became a hotspot for this pandemic. As it is ... at the moment I would consider twice before going back there again. Or next time I WILL become vocal to the guests .. This place has it all very great smoothies. The steak burrito I had was absolutely phenomenal it's nice they don't add a lot of salt and have options for condiments. Coffee is even great. This place is horrible. I gave it three tries. The first was the ph burger I asked to be on a collard green wrap. It's essentially two pieces of lettuce they put on top and bottom. If you're looking for a burger wrap in lettuce like in n outs protein style then don't come here. Then I tried the ceaser salad. They gave me a ceaser wrap. So I had to unwrap all the ceaser salad from inside the wrap and dump it on my plate. There was virtually no ceaser dressing cuz it was all on the wrap. I just came back from protein house after ordering an omelette. The super bird omelette and they gave me a buzzer. After about the 6th person that walked in after me ordered and got his food I walked up to the desk to ask if my omelette was coming out. They couldn't find it on the computer that I ordered it. I had to bring up my bank account to show them I was charged even with a buzzer in my hand handed to me by the register girl. They needed to get a manager to figure out the omelette I ordered half an hour ago was sitting on the shelf behind them with a grub hub ticket on it. I haven't even taken a bite of it yet to see if it's cold or not so let me do that right now. It's not cold but it's not hot. Very soggy and disgusting. The food here is not good at all. Your better off going to chipotle and getting the healthy options there and building your own thing than coming here. All the food is nasty, the service is horrible, mis managed, unorganized as fuck. If there was a zero star option it'd give it to them. I will never come here again and I live 300 feet from it. read more

I'm not sure what they put in the mash but all I could taste is cinnamon. I just ate the chicken off the top and couldn't touch the rest.
